Value Of Used Norcold 1210 w/icemaker

Question about Norcold 1210 with ice maker.

Not working properly and replacing with a residential unit.

Is there a market for used ones?

Perfect condition and needs a new cooling unit. If so, what would be the value?

 I was in the same boat and I finally gave mine away, got tired of seeing it sitting in the garage.

Yes,  there were lots of good parts, but not many want to take the risk.  

You can replace with new residential refrigerator for less the replacing the cooling unit. and you can get a good nights sleep not be wondering when the NO COLD will fail.

Agreed! I salvaged the good parts off of ours and kept them in case someone needed something I'd give them the parts. Got tired of looking at them and tossed them into the trash.

Agree with Joe and Jim,

They make a good boat anchor if you're moored offshore.

Think the NO COLD would not even make for good anchorage!  POS...Value = Zip!   To think that their still putting that fire hazard in new coaches..sick.

The same Norcold in my 12 years old coach works  fine earthquake after earthquakes year after year.  The only problem I had with it is the little panic box installed by dealer.  I replaced that with a thermo-controller.

I have seen ads from a few rebuilders on the net; you might contact one/some and inquire if they are buying.
