abyrd Report post Posted January 19, 2018 Check the 2 Amp fuse located on the circuit board located on the WH, accessible from the outside inspection door. I had a similar problem, found insulation damaged on one of the wires that was rubbing on metal bracket to igniter. Jim
Lenp Report post Posted January 20, 2018 Perhaps this will help: http://manuals.adventurerv.net/Atwood-Water-Heater-Service.pdf Does your unit have a thermal cutoff device that looks like the photo between the circuit board and one of the thermostats? If so, it could be blown (it is really a thermal fuse that opens if it gets too hot). Best bet is to check for 12 volts on the two button (like) thermostats and then at the board itself. rfsod48 Report post Posted January 20, 2018 Fuse seems ok, I don’t have a thermal cutoff like you show. Thanks for the help.

If not find the circuit breaker for that outlet. Did you check the fuse? on the circuit board? Make shure you have 12V going into the control circuit board. Have you checked that ALL the switches are on. Try turning the switch in the front electrical information panel off and back on and see if you can hear it spark.
