eric@babin.com Report post Posted May 22, 2018 I'm looking for recommendations for RV park for 42' Class A near San Fransisco July 3-8. Obviously I've found some but at a very high rate, and reviews aren't good. Any assistance on a good park for a fair price would be appreciated. Thanks! Also.... info on Casinos in Reno.... boondocking authorized at any? Any have hook ups?
frank.bergamo Report post Posted May 22, 2018 I have used Marin RV Park https://www.marinrvpark.com/ and SF RV Resort https://rvonthego.com/california/san-francisco-rv-resort/ Both are pricey but fairly secure. Make sure your wallet is full, as the whole area is very expensive. Hope this helps.

(edited original post to include Reno). Any casinos in Reno allow boondocking for a day or two? What about any with full hook ups? Thanks
ianbullock Report post Posted May 22, 2018 While sightseeing in San Fran we have stayed at the San Francisco North / Petaluma KOA. Its not cheap but as I recall nice enough. and only a short drive into downtown... For your 5 nights, with a KOA card discount, would be $423.70 + sales tax. manholt Report post Posted May 22, 2018 There are Parks in Pacifica, South of Frisco, about 10 minutes by car at far less $$ than closer in! There are a couple of wallet friendly RV resorts in Sparks, NV. that's 3 minute drive to Reno. Sam's Town Casino has a large truck parking lot and I have stayed there overnight before, but I asked and I gambled, so no problem!
