"Coolant", yes in quotes first goes to freezer.  If for any reason cooling BTU's/performance are limited, the freezer will cool, before the refrigerator.

So, let's start with the basics:

Tell us the age, brand and model of your refrigerator.

Same performance of 120 vs propane?

If worse on propane, when was the last time you did a "burner area tune-up?

Is the coach parked level? According to the manual for your coach you need to be within 3 degrees of level side-to-side and 6 degrees front-to-back. Remember, like Brett mentioned, that these refrigerators will cool starting with the freezer compartment and then move to the refrigerator. Are the fins at the back of the refrigerator box getting cold? Have you checked to be sure that the vents leading to the outside are open and clear of debris?

Your fridge is either a Norcold or Dometic...They do take around 24 hours to level out, also per Brett and Richard. :)
