dickandlois Report post Posted June 2, 2019 When one is on the road and engine or other issues come up it is difficult to find a road service truck to even do the simpler items like filters, coolant and air lines. Most towing services will require road service from your location to take a quick check of the condition of filters and electrical problems before the will dispatch a tow truck. The good part is they often find something and you are on your way or what needs to be fixed, before the big tow truck arrives. The service tech. often know who and where the work could be done. Put together some info. that might help owners find road service for engines and other issues. I did enter information that located help in my home area where I call home and some of the road service trucks I have used came up. The links provided are for reference only. jleamont Report post Posted June 2, 2019 Rich, here is another one for larger coaches, personally I’d call off of the list either way: https://www.truckdown.com/
richard5933 Report post Posted June 2, 2019 Interstate Power Systems has road repair trucks. They work on most chassis types and are dealers for most common engine/transmissions. Their territory covers from Indiana all the way west to Montana with various locations. They've worked on both of our coaches and do great work. While most of their customers are commercial trucks and buses, they do work on motor homes and I've seen many in their shop here in Milwaukee. http://www.istate.com/locations
