DRJSTEVENS Report post Posted July 18, 2019 Hi! I have many questions, Im a brand new 2004, 39A, Discovery owner. First, what would you think of sealing my roof with Flex Seal and then painting over with white paint? Good idea or no. Thanks, John
wolfe10 Report post Posted July 18, 2019 John, Tell us what roof covering you have. Answers for fiberglass roof may not be relevant for one of the membrane-covered roofs.

jleamont Report post Posted July 18, 2019 DR, check out this post. Two products are linked and would be the best solution of the roof is fiberglass. If it’s a membrane this is used around most openings. Any RV dealer should have it in hand. Discussion link; https://dicorproducts.com/product/epdm-lap-sealants/ I wouldn’t use flexseal on any RV roof.
