The panel will not turn on. Welcome to the FMCA Forum. The leveling system power in supplied through the ignition switch when in the run position. So Herman's thought of bad fuse is a possibility ! The other possibility is one of the ground wires from the chassis batteries did not get connected after the batteries where replace.
