cosmosmartini Report post Posted August 12, 2020 We are needing help about finding 45’ Class A parks. Does anyone have knowledge of RV parks?
rossboyer Report post Posted August 12, 2020 The only one that we have experience is Cherry Hill. Very pricy, but I don’t know cost this year. They have some pull throughs and accept 45 footers. almost 400 sites. If I remember correctly the have a shuttle to the subway, but we didn’t use it. We did use the subway to get around in DC. I think it is straight out Pennsylvania Ave and a little more which probably makes it so popular even with the high cost/night.

jleamont Report post Posted August 12, 2020 Cherry Hill has the amenities. There is another one that's not a bad place, its a KOA that we have stayed at. https://koa.com/campgrounds/washington-dc/
wildebill308 Report post Posted August 12, 2020 The only place I will stay is Cherry Hill RV park. https://www.cherryhillpark.com/ Yes it is pricey but it gives you acess to the Metro train system. They have a bus that stops in the park that will take you to the terminal if you don't want to drive. Trust me you don't want to drive in downtown DC!!! Last time I was there, They had a lady selling tours and she did a seminar on how to use the trains to get to all the attractions. Trust me you need to know what train on what level or you could get realey lost. Bill
