rayin Report post Posted March 16, 2021 Carfax is a money-making joke IMO; their reporting system is completely voluntary, there is no requirement by any agency or governmental unit to report repaired damage or repairs. I once bought a pickup, bought a carfax that showed no damages had been reported. My nephew is a rebuilder, he looked my purchase over and told me the frame had been straightened.
