daydream37 Report post Posted July 12, 2021 Found this rig in Polson, Montana and saw the low FMCA number on it's FMCA medallion. I like the continental tire.
manholt Report post Posted July 12, 2021 Wonder where the spare tire goes? Its far bigger than any other tire on the rig! You can find out who owned the F# by contacting FMCA & probably get the info on the coach, its not a production model....its been modified. The dual rear axle on a production coach, came out in late 1971.
hermanmullins Report post Posted July 12, 2021 I may be mistaken but looking at the tail lights and hub caps it may be from the sixty's. They remind me of a Lincoln from that aria. I noticed that it must be all aluminum with all the rivets. I would like to see it restored. It would be a conversation piece. Herman

wildebill308 Report post Posted July 13, 2021 Great old RV. It definitely has lots of overhang in the back. Lots of tail swing. I agree hope someone restores it. Bill
manholt Report post Posted July 13, 2021 (edited) Try this. Front cap is a delivery Van, attached to a Travco or Apollo, attached to a Flexible Bus rear end. The AC unit in rear, is an after thought & fairly new. Its not a DP or FRED. Paint job is retro, common in early 1970's. IMHO with that overhang in back, it was put together where it sit's for the Museum! Miracle of America Museum, Polson, Montana! daydream37 Report post Posted July 13, 2021 Yup, it was donated to the museum and they haven't done much with it. Actually the interior doesn't look that bad. I will get more.
manholt Report post Posted July 13, 2021 Please do. The Museum looks like a "Pickers dream!"
