kampingkris Report post Posted February 16, 2022 So, got the "new" version of the hotspot and retired the old one. Less than 2 months later the sucker is DEAD... will not turn on.. Took the battery out and re-installed just for grins.. but of course - no love... AND we are traveling - perfect. So I don't have the box to mail this one back... and I'm not home to get a new one.. Sigh...
faiello Report post Posted February 16, 2022 Did you see this? Hi All, Found this just now on FMCA Facebook page!!!! Good resource btw "We have been receiving a lot of emails and calls about members that are having their Tech Connect+ Sprint hot spot device replaced with a new T-Mobile device, and that their Sprint device is now turned off. If you have received the new T-Mobile hotspot already make sure you are using this device instead of the Sprint hotspot. If you have not received the new T-Mobile device yet and your Sprint device has been deactivated please contact us with an email to techconnect@fmca.com and include your member number, and the PTN number of your Sprint device and tell us that it has been deactivated. The PTN can be found either by using the touch screen on the device or if you pop off the back cover and remove the battery there will be a white sticker that contains it. We will then quickly put in a request to T-Mobile to reactivate your Sprint device."
fragged68 Report post Posted February 16, 2022 We still have the Sprint hotspot. It recently started to have a very weak signal, is that a sign where we need to have it replaced? We are traveling and normally use it to watch tv. The signal is so low that no channels will play. your thoughts

FL. in Dec.
