erniee Report post Posted July 28, 2022 The reason I don’t do floating flooring- it moves, it shrinks, it comes apart, it sounds hollow. I always adhere with either urethane adhesive or pressure sensitive adhesive. When it’s stuck- it doesn’t move. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
rossboyer Report post Posted July 28, 2022 Outdoor carpet adhesive works very well. If you think about it, the carpet adhesive stays flexible below freezing and above 100. Ours has been installed for about 8-10 years without any problems. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
