Bugs In Bus

Recommended Posts

Anyone have a safe fogger for RV? I have a tree beetle and "dog tick" problem in bus.

I set off a fogger last Saturday and aired out bus Sunday. Have not seen the beetle but have ticks still alive!

I'm leaving later today for a couple of weeks.

Carl,

Sprinkle some Borax around the coach rugs and other fabric areas where the ticks would hang out. It is acidic to many bugs and will not harm pets or people. Vacuum up when you return, got a feeling they will be very dead.

Check this link, it does not mention tick's per say, but I really think it will work.

Fleas and ticks. Had to look at a couple more sights !

If it's the old orange beetle, commonly called ladybugs, the only thing that works for me is a vacuum cleaner, I put a moth ball in the canister, then suck them up.

Thank you Herman.

I guess that between the delayed action off Fogger and Flea/Tick spray, my problem might be solved...have not seen a bug since the 20th. Could also be that they died of old age! :D

I also spread some powder tide on floor ( accident), if tide can make things go boom and clean cloths, I suppose it will also get rid of bugs...I'll try that in the garage when I get home. I'm currently freezing on a ranch between Ingram & Mountain Home, Texas...the ground around my bus is white!

My beetle was gray! Thanks all.
