I have called the generac 800 number on the generator and couldn't find anyone to talk with.

I was waiting and it didn't flash.

I have it scheduled to be looked at by Cummins sales and service center. Hopefully they can resolve it without too much expense.

The meter has 825 hrs. The coolant was a little low. Topped it off but it still shuts down almost after 6 minutes every time.

That's an expensive way to resolve the problem but glad to hear it's working good for you. Thanks alot for your feedback, I appreciate it. I plan to take it to the Freightliner dealership that works on semi diesel engines, I'll do what I can. Thanks again!

I'm not sure how to access error codes. I will check the hours but they are low. I'll double check the coolant level but the generator was recently serviced. Thank you

Thank you! I made sure fuel was at 1/2 tank, so it wasn't a low fuel condition.

Recently purchased 2005 Damon Astoria M-3679 with 2005 7.5 kW Generac diesel generator. Serviced by RV shop. It has been working fine, but after a recent weekend trip it shuts down after 6 minutes. I have started it numerous times and it stops running almost exactly after 6 minutes, with or without load on generator. I have only used it for A/C traveling recently. Starts and runs great, for 6 minutes. It will start again after short wait. Not sure if it's a fuel pump. temperature switch, any suggestions?

Recently purchased 38' 2005 Damon Astoria M-3679 with 300 hp cummins diesel pusher. Had motor, chassis, entire RV serviced at authorized RV shop. 1st trip going up hills or exceeding 65 mph on flat roads engine guage goes to red zone (210 deg. f-220 deg. F) and warning comes on info center. Returning from trip took if to RV shop and they put in new air filter, flushed radiater, put in new coolant, no change, still overheats. RV shop says they don't know what else to do, any suggestions?
