  1. Actually, if the paperwork had gone through to the state (meaning the vehicle was/would be registered in their name) it very likely would have lost that kind of money.

It could no longer be sold a new.

In some States, there is a 72 hrs wait period for MV contracts to protect consumers from less than honest salespeople....within that 72 hrs the customer can return the MV for a full refund less a fee for using the vehicle...

  2. We seldom travel if the weather is forecast to be nasty, better a day late than sorry...

If you are set up at a campground and the wind is strong enough to rock your MH, it has been recommended by some manufacturers to take in the slides and retract the jacks and they are not made to withstand heavy rocking..

  3. If you don't mind the color black, go to Loews and get some outdoor carpet runner....I make a template for one step, cut out the pieces I need and glue them on with 3M trim adhesive. Had them on several RVs now, work great and last a long time...easy to install, stay in place and easy to replace and best of all.....a lot less money than the ones in RV stores...

  4. We are going from a 2012 Vista 35F with the Ford V-10 to the Phaeton DP. If the Ford got 7.5 towing our Jeep Wrangler I was lucky, mileage ran from 5.5 in mountains to almost 12 on downgrade and tailwind....

We switched to the Phaeton for the ride and amenities.....better mileage would be nice but really.

Who here really worries about it??? If you do, maybe you should not own a class A :)

  5. Another thing to consider is the position of the drivers seat as compared to a car....you are now basically sitting over the front wheels...try to look further out and not right in front of the MH, you are probably over correcting though you may not realize it.

If this and and other suggestions like weight, tire pressure, weight distribution don't work, you might want to consider a steering stabilizer like the one mentioned.

  6. Sounds like either a class B or C would fit your needs but I think you would be happier in a small C class. My suggestion would be to rent one for a long weekend or short trip....the cost would be worth it to help you decide that rving is for you...

Our neighbors have a class C diesel and travel with two dogs, they love it......I believe the RV is on a 1ton diesel Mercedes....they get good mileage with the 4 cylinder.

  7. Back to Bebop..

.I did that...can only get quote for 2014 now...I gave one to lawyer for 2013, but they wanted one for April 2012. Thanks for your suggestion.

About ready to give up and just tell judge to take what I found. If you think of any other link to let get the value for 2012,

    I would appreciate it.

Thanks so much. I thought no one would reply.

Its in there, not looking in the right spot...I had the same problem
