  1. Bill, I was thinking the same thing! I also carry a lot off adaptors, 50/30, 50/50, 30/15. I found a 50/50 at my local Wall Mart yesterday and it has a 14 inch cable...never seen one before, novel idea! Plug into power pal, then post...space problem solved.

  2. Ray, I was also plugged in at Redmond and did use the portable. After Redmond, my coach lived in a RV park in Portland while I did a 14 day cruise to Alaska. The electric box was about 6" off grass! Had the same problem in Ogden, Utah...Dolores, CO., Birmingham, AL. and Galax, Virginia! That's just a few...Now, having said that, I will not know if the Power Pal will fit any better. I will let you all know!

  3. Ray, I have a built in surge guard and a portable for post...the thing that I found on my Summer travel is that some of the time, the post and outlet was too close to the ground and I could not use the portable guard! Also, the portable is heavy, expensive, long & large and you have to wait for it! <_<

  4. No. But, I have had great success with the green wafers you can get at any feed store. I'm in house so I don't have the name handy. Just ask for the mouse wafers...you break them up and place where ever you want...works! Less than $ 5.00

    Luck.

  5. I went from a 32' to a 40', that was good. Then a 40' to a 36', wrong. Then 36' to a 45', great! I have only been turned away 1 time due to size and have found no roads that was impossible to negotiate. Got my current 45' last year November 21st and now have 16,476 miles on it, that I put on! You will enjoy the ride!!!

  6. JM.

Just for giggles, thank you! Being a retired, Oil Field trash, engineer. I have no problem with the system, but we are talking DP that we will call an Apple and the ships as an Orange. I have a Macerator Toilet and a 60 gallon poop tank with very limited room to add anything else ( also, I can't poop enough in 3-4 days to warrant the expense). A ship or even a boat that is big enough to have a head with a liquid holding tank, has all kinds off room for your unit. A ship, unless it's an inter Island, already have their own waste water recycling system for both gray and black, the gray is recycled back into system for showers and flushing...the black is ejected at port. That also goes for cruise ships!

I travel alone and my dog don't use the head! I dump (when in a campground) the gray every 3-4 days (100 gallon tank) and black about 10 days.

As Ray, Herman and Bill....I'll pass.
