  1. All of you who have DE Villa, chairs, sofas, both dinette or  any other furniture...they went out of business in 2009!  No parts available and they used Flexsteel.  Flexsteel stopped making anything for the RV industry this past April...I have a Co-Pilot seat that has a broken motor and gear box, no parts, or motor with gear box, can be found by the biggest suppliers, in the Country!  Newmar, Thor or Rev will sell you the whole seat...Avg cost $3,800 + $1,200 shipping in 6 to 10 weeks!!!

  2. My last 3 coaches has had an internal water pressure gauge, set at 60 psi, I use an external gauge set at 50 psi...never had a problem on high side.  Low park pressure of less than 40 psi and we have to use the fresh tank and pump for a shower!

The black water tank will have no problem with 90 psi in regards to back flush!  When I lived on Galveston Island, city pressure was 120 psi and now, at Linda's house, it's 90!

  3. Zilpha. Welcome to the Forum!

Your 22 feet long, GVWR is 7000#,  What is the weight of  your GMC?  Oversize radiator, do you have a clutch fan?  What does your manual on GMC say in regards to max engine temp & do you have a trailer gear on your transmission?  Ambient temp of 112 can equal up to 160+ road / pavement heat. You'll have to figure in drag, but your well within weight tolerance.

At 22' your very close to having the tail wag the dog. Get some stabilizers for trailer hitch!

  4. Yep, me too!  Only exception is when I use air only level...as I put slides out or in, it equalizes it's self.

Some coaches allow water to come in, on floor both sides of slide there is a drain slit, that allows water to escape back out.  On my current coach, I have a different system and nothing comes in!

  5. warrenjo46. Welcome to the Forum!

I would be out there enjoying my coach, MHO is  that you have a Lic & a 1/2 CDL non commercial.  Also IMHO I would not go for a full commercial, don't know about NC, but in TX you'll also need an annual physical & eye test in order to even apply for a CDL.

  6. Jim S.  I have been looking at them!  Unfortunately the model we wanted is sold out. 🤬 How the F does that happen, since last Monday was the first time you could put a deposit on it?  3,500 being made! I spoke with Ford Tuesday, they said only that it was not a dealership, but one buyer for all of them!  BS.
