  1. Happy to help, Reese! One way or another we will get to the bottom of it! Sincerely, Dan
  2. Hi eberlym, If your referring to FMCAssist, wayne77590 is correct. You can follow that link to print your card. If you're referring to Roadside Rescue you should have been given your copy of the policy upon completing the sign up. Unfortunately, I don't have access to a copy of your policy but can reach out to VAS to have them contact you if you would like. You can also give them a call at 877-581-8581. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Sincerely, Dan Ball
  3. Morning Gary, I'm sorry you feel that way. When doing a cost/benefit analysis (like we do with all our benefits) this one just didn't make sense to keep. But we still feel like we have LOTS to offer our members and hopefully you will reconsider and stay with us! Thanks, Dan
  4. Hi Jarmansfield, Verizon requires this information so they can run a credit check. They take identity protection very seriously (as do we) and I can assure you this portal is secure and safe. If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to send me a private message and we can discuss. Sincerely, Dan Ball Director of Membership & Marketing
  5. Hello and welcome! So glad to have you!
  6. Hi Folks, Brett is correct, it is in the blue bar above the Dashboard once you are logged in. See attached visual. As you can imagine, revamping the website was an enormous undertaking, but rest assured we are always working to improve the user experience (that will never stop). So thank you for pointing this out. Sincerely, Dan Ball Director of Membership & Marketing
  7. Morning Folks, The Board decided back in October to make a switch to Your Best Address as FMCA's preferred mail forwarder. We collected proposals from several different companies and ultimately felt Your Best Address offered the best plans and services for our members. I can assure you, as some of them use a mail forwarding service themselves, the Board understands the tedious process involved in switching providers and did not take the decision lightly. Dakota Post is a fine company and as you mentioned you are under no obligation to switch. And to my knowledge, they have not raised rates for FMCA members as some feared, which is obviously a good thing. If you would like to learn more about Your Best Address you can visit here site.fmca.com/fmca-mail-forwarding or call the Membership Department at 800-543-3622. Sincerely, Dan Ball, Director of Membership & Marketing
  8. Hi NeilFullagar, I reached out to our rep at SafeRide to (double) confirm and here is his exact wording: Yes, all their vehicles are covered. Owner, spouse or spousal equivalent, and any children under the age of 25 years old living at home or away at school on all their vehicles. Hopefully this answers your question. If you have any others or would like assistance in getting signed up we are happy to help. Just call the Membership Department between 8am and 5pm, Monday thru Friday at 800-543-3622. Sincerely, Dan Ball Director of Membership & Marketing
  9. Good Evening jbhotaling, Unfortunately, due to increasingly negative feedback it was decided not to renew the Trip Planning service as of December 31, 2017. However, this benefit is now provided by, and is a part of, FMCA Roadside Rescue - www.fmca.com/roadsiderescue. Happy to assist if you have any other questions or concerns. Sincerely, Dan Ball, Director of Membership & Marketing
