My front air suspension will drop right down overnight, so I lifted it up as high as it will go and then sprayed down the airbags, lines, fittings and I found the solenoid 6 pack bubbling from between the solenoid and the base it mounts to. I ordered the o-ring seal kit for it and will be replacing them as soon as the parts arrive and I need to know if anyone here has had the same problem and is there any tips, tricks or problems you have ran into while changing them? I plan on lifting it as high as it goes, put the safety stands under it and lower it down onto them and drain all the air out of the system and take it apart. My wife and I live at Happy Trails RV Resort, in Surprise, Arizona during the winter and travel during the summers. I have had the big slideout on my 2005 Winnebago Vectra 40AD, out for about three months, since we sleep in our motorhome at night. I need to get the slideout in, so I can take the rig into the shop, but the big slide will only come in about an inch.The HWH leveling system works fine to level the coach. The batteries are at 13.3 volts and the fluid level in the hydraulic pump reservoir is normal. The voltage level does not fluctuate when the slide stops coming in. I’ve had a RV technician looks at it, but he is stumped. He is certain that it’s not a pump or battery issue. So, and ideas?

The leveling system (HWH 2000) will not remain in the travel mode. Any suggestions? I have 2004 Country Coach Allure 36 foot class A with Cummins 370. Thank you for any suggestions.

Hi Folks, Being new to 22.5 tire maintenance, I was wondering if anyone would have any feedback to my long term storage proposal to remove some of (if not all) weight from my tires. First let me say I made contact with both FL and HWH just to ensure that there are no structural implications or potential damage to my RV. I'm thinking of dropping the air of my RV and allowing the chassis to sit on (4) blocks which would be just under the retracted HWH leveler pad - maybe 1 to 1.5 inches. As the air dumps the weight of the unit goes to the leveler and spacer block under. The pilot air dump removes the air from the bags, so there would be little weight on the tires after they make contact with the spacer blocks under the leveler pads, just the front suspension and rear axle. This would make sure that the hydraulic leveling system, if it bleeds a little doesn't effect the stored height along with put weight back on the tires. According to HWH it implies similar or the same loads as the system being extended, just with the levelers retracted. My RV drops about 2" to 3" approx, so I was thinking of just a little more than 1" would be sufficient. In this case the levelers are retracted and not exposed to any environment, even though it is in a garage. Just curious if anyone has tried something similar. Thanks for any feedback.

Have a 2002 Journey with two slides. Purchased early 2013, Have replaced the HWH pump motor approximately six months ago. Bought brand new motor, relays and switch from HWH and had dealer put it on. Now I am stuck again in a campground and can't retract my slides or level the coach. Haven't had time to trouble shoot yet. I would like to know if other Journey owners are having problems with the HWH leveler and slide systems installed on their Journeys and what they did to correct problem.

How fast should these jacks lower a coach. If I raise the coach it raises very smoothly but if I use the down button the coach just drops like a rock. When I release the button it stops like rock as well. If I use the store button it lowers much slower but still hits the ground very hard. I this normal or do i have bad or mis-adjusted return valve in the system. RICK
