BrokenViking Report post Posted March 2, 2018 It's getting close to the departure date for my first rv trip. The forecast temps for the day are a high of 36 and a low the night before of 19. If I have the heater running can I de- winterize the RV and fill it with water or should I wait until I get further south?

ianbullock Report post Posted March 2, 2018 If you have a heated basement and/or tanks that are heated, you could de-winterize as long as the furnace and tank heaters are on. What year is your Adventurer?

ianbullock Report post Posted March 2, 2018 I don' believe that model/year has a heated basement. I would wait until you are further south in warmer temps. Enjoy.

BrokenViking Report post Posted March 3, 2018 Gonna stay in Casa Grande, Out of the city but close enough to drive to the different parks. Looking forward to some 80 degree temps. The winters seem to get more intolerable the older I get.

hermanmullins Report post Posted March 3, 2018 If you are in Casa Grande RV Resort, have a good breakfast for me. They cook breakfast several mornings a week. They have a movie night each week and a lot more. it was a really nice park. We didn't get to the spring training sites. Have fun and enjoy. Herman
