wildebill308 Report post Posted April 24, 2019 I like the sewer hose under the duels, so if the jack leaks down it will crush it. Bill
manholt Report post Posted April 24, 2019 Ernie, is that your yard? Coach looks like a WB Advantage or Freedom.
erniee Report post Posted April 24, 2019 Carl, I saw this coach driving in the country the other day. If it was in my yard, this would not happen.
jleamont Report post Posted April 24, 2019 Ernie, hard to tell from the photo but this one is the same, the outer tire is not quite on the blocks.
wildebill308 Report post Posted April 24, 2019 Well at least not ALL the weight is on the tires. Bill
wolfe10 Report post Posted April 24, 2019 Ya, a poster child for how to hurt your tires-- all weight on one instead of both, full footprint not supported.........
ELLISON Report post Posted June 25, 2019 I have a 2005 Fleetwood Southwind Motor Home with Atwood Levellegs jacks that are worthless. Very sporadic operation and about 90% failure rate. Parts can no longer be purchased. Are there any recommendations as to what to replace the jack system with? What system will be the most reliable over time? manholt Report post Posted June 25, 2019 ELLISON. Welcome to the Forum! Good Question...Short answer, HWH. Problem is how long do you want to keep the coach and are you willing to put out more than $6,000+/- ? Other option, is the old fashion way...leveling blocks or 2" x 6" x 18" for front tires & drive axle!
ELLISON Report post Posted June 25, 2019 (edited) Although it wouldn't be my first option but I can put a new system under it. I'm 70 and have had a stroke so my dominate hand doesn't work perfectly any more. I don't wish to be crawling under it and trying to use the drill to lower and raise the jacks even in good weather. Sorry but what is "HWH"? Edited June 25, 2019 by ELLISON added a sentance
