jaykavan Report post Posted April 20, 2020 Is anyone aware of a service to fix/seal windshield chips?
rossboyer Report post Posted April 20, 2020 I think you will find ads in the back of your magazine. But almost any glass repair company will do it at no cost because your insurance company will pay it. They don’t want to replace your whole windshield. wildebill308 Report post Posted April 20, 2020 Welcome to the forum. I just had that problem. My insurance guy recommended Safelite. They are the number one go to company recommended by most insurance companies. They came out to where I had the RV stored and did the work. There was no charge to me. rayin Report post Posted April 21, 2020 Do it NOW, weeks or months later may be too late to prevent the entire windshield from being destroyed by air and water intrusion into the laminates of glass.
five Report post Posted April 22, 2020 If it is a star chip from a rock, Wal Mart sells a kit for about $10. If you don't want to fix it, call Novus, they will come to you.
