BillAdams Report post Posted December 8, 2014 I like River Plantation or if you want to be close to Gatlinburg then I really like Twin Creek. Between the 2 is Foothills RV and River Edge RV.
desertdeals69 Report post Posted December 9, 2014 The reason we chose Eagles Nest was the location and the low price. $85 a week, full hookups.
tbbronson Report post Posted January 30, 2015 Because the Grd./Kids like Dolly-Wood, we stay @ the KOA, 'cause of the close proximity....they have all the usual amenities, & with the KOA Value Card, 10% discount is applicable.....rite on the Lil' Pigeon Rvr. too.... big dude Report post Posted February 9, 2015 We've stayed at River Plantation - nice park on the river, close to the activities but feels secluded.
jleamont Report post Posted February 19, 2015 last time we stayed at Pine Mountain RV park, very well groomed, the bathrooms looked like a four seasons NY hotel, very nice and clean. The down side was the Pool, it is a shallow Kiddie pool, you have to use the hotel pool across the street and while it was nice the hotel guests were out of control with no staff supervision. Our friends recently stayed at Anchor Down RV resort, they loved it.
vettehead Report post Posted March 19, 2015 We stayed at "Up The Creek", which is about 5 mile out 321. Very nice, plenty large. Really liked the sites that are available to pull up to the creek in a Class A. Other sites have enough trees between sites that it is almost impossible to see your neighbor
