obedb Report post Posted September 28, 2016 Our EMS-PT50C showed a code indicating the surge suppressor part of the unit needed to replaced. The unit is also a circuit analyzer. Emailed their support site, and was given an address to send the unit to very quickly. UPS ground last Thursday afternoon. Received a replacement unit this AM by Fedex. Shows as a refurbished unit, but it looks too good and there are some apparent changes to the face. I think that it is a new unit replacing our damaged one ( thunderstorm ). Great service!
