Wayne, you just described my life everyday. 22 years I have gotten wise, sometime I just ask, please pick out my outfit.
I tell her all the time I need adult garanimals.
My kids ask how did you manage before mom? I explain, I always bought the outfit on the mannequins

UGH!! Been there.....

Not as much as you think. We run the EEZ tire system. I have a friend with the TST. Both work very well.

Bill, welcome back!

Also depends on the Class A Motorhome's GVWR. Some fall under the 26,001 weight.

...PRICELESS

Jim, mine has the side and front both come off in one piece. Not sure how the newer ones are. I have a door in my basement that slides or lifts out for access. Monaco made access pretty darn convenient.

Its not. The most difficult part is access and that all depends on how much coach is built around the unit, some manufactures do not realize you need to access certain items to maintain and repair.
Manuals can be found here;

Correct, Aquahot will only CONTINUOUSLY heat the water 55 degrees above its input temperature. I believe Oasis was 85 degrees, which is a noticeable difference.
My Aquahot only supplies the sinks with hot water and hydronic heating throughout the coach. My tankless water heater supplies the shower only, I have a valve installed should there be a problem, I can redirect the shower back through the Aquahot unit.

Puff, yes, let me explain the operation;
The boiler unit is heated via the engine cooling system loop through the pre-heat pump (I will get to this later) or electric and or Diesel. If interior heat is not desired the zone pumps (inside the AH unit) will not be on and the therefore no boiler fluid will be circulated through out the heat registers in the cabin area, heat is contained to the AH unit. Should you open a faucet on hot, water will circulate through the hot boiler, absorb heat and send it to the faucet as hot water.
The engine pre-heat has a separate pump (mentioned above)and is on the same loop that heats the boiler via engine coolant. It just works in reverse if the engine was cold and you flip the switch for desired pre-heating, the boiler would warm up to full temperature and the pump would circulate coolant back through the engine to warm it up.
Picture a tank with boiler fluid and separate tubes running throughout it that are sealed off to their own circuit. One is engine coolant, another is a water loop (for hot water) and the heat register loop which actually circulates the fluid within the boiler up to the cabin into the registers and back to the boiler for re-heating.

YUP, our 1st coach had one, kitchen was stainless steel. Bathroom sink was so bad I replaced it, new sink was $27.00 plus my time to install.

To be completely honest, most will not comment how good a service is unless they exceed expectations. All you usually hear are the bad.

You sure it was a 51 and not a 61?

back to the original post The Future of FMCA
ME, People like us are the future of FMCA!
When the current regime passes those torched of responsibility members will be there (including myself) to receive them and carry them on, just as it has in the past....

I hope the competition steps up to their level of quality or exceeds it!

This is going to hurt the RV industry. Shutting down two manufacturing plants.

Ok, I got some answers;
Coolant would be in the DEF tank, not DEF in the cooling system. The DEF System works on suction, draws to the pump above (past where there is any coolant), pressurizes and sends it to the dosing nozzle. The only coolant loops the tank and heads back to the engine on a separate circuit.
There is a Service Bulletin for this very reason and are dismissing it as NO PROBLEM with the engine, so that should ease your mind. Once I have a copy I will attach it.

And...We have to consider the potential for panic stopping. You don't want something unsecured to greet you while you are trying to maintain control of the vehicle.
Everything we have changed in our floor plan is mounted better than the factory furniture it replaced. I don't like those kind of surprises!

Every time I have seen this type of leak it was the P trap connection to the tank. Have you tried to run the water as mentioned above and look down towards the tank to look for the source?

I copied and pasted your post in an email to my factory contact. I suspect he is off as I usually get a response within a few hours. I will call him on Monday if there is no email response.

I have always installed the BF Goodrich Commercial TA on Ambulances. Good tire that takes abuse well. I have had good luck with the Transforce on my service trucks in the past. Both good tires!
