I have a leak also on power gear jack hydraulic pump. I just checked mine and fluid level is is OK. I am just going to watch fluid level. My tank has a sensor on top and when fluid level is low the jack monitor beeps when I stop or take off from stop light. This has been going on for 3 years and I just had fluid (atf) added at repair shop. They said nothing about repair of leaking pump.

I would like to replace my Norcold side by side 12 cubic ft. It is the Norcold 1210 imss. I have a 2007 40' Monaco Knight. My concern is how they would remove the Norcold and get the residential refrigerator into my coach. I would have a service center do the work But one center said they might need to remove windshield to do this. I really do not want to have the windshield removed. I have had windshield replaced 4 times for cracked windshield in past. None in 4 years! THANKS.

I have 2007 Monaco Knight 40' pdq. I have been to 2 different "top notch repair centers". First one Master tech rv in Elkhart,In. Leak not fixed. Second repair shop in Wildwood, Fl, Alliance Coach. Later used to be a Monaco Service Center. Had coach 5 days leak not fixed! Leak rear curb side has a cable mechanism made by Accuslide. Leak soaks carpet on floor near front of slide on floor.I can not see water running in on top of slide or side of slide. Leak occurs whether slide open or closed? Leak was water tested at Alliance Coach with hose running over roof and slide. Looking for advice as to where I can get specialized slide leak repair service?

Leveling Jack Pump/Reservoir Location: '07 Monaco Diplomat
CAPKELLY replied to fhutson's topic in Type A motorhomes
Hi. I have a 2007 Monaco Knight. My hydraulic pump for the leveling jacks is located behind the air conditioning door, on the roadside rear. You need a special key to open the swing door. The actual fan swings out on hinges and behind this is the hydraulic pump and reservoir. The door has vents for the actual fan. -
Hello. I am buying a 2013-2014 GMC Terrain. When setting up the wiring on this Toad is it simple or I have heard about separate tail light bulbs? Right now I tow a 2008 Jeep Wrangler and no separate bulbs were needed? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

I recently traveled from Gulf shores, Alabama back to Michigan. Stopped two times at a Flying J using the diesel truck lanes. First time it shut me off with the Great RV frequent fueler card at $250.00 When asked inside when I paid then with the Credit card the 12 y/o girl behind the counter...Said thats the Limit...End of discussion. I have since emailed Pilot and got a very nice response about they would look into it! I sent my card number and a copy of the fuel receipt to them. End of discussion. NO further email or anything. When I asked why it shut me off there was not a reply. BUT I did get cash price with the discount for using my credit card. Who knows what Pilot /Flying J is up to. I guess they do not want me to spend too much money at their pumps!

I have a Monaco Knight 2007. I has a two door Norcold refer . This year while traveling down our bumpy Interstate Highways the door seems to come ajar enough to set off the door beeper alarm. My wife then needs to go and slightly press the door until it clicks. We have tried to make sure it is shut at the start of the trip and does not seem to matter. Is there some sort of an adjustment on these doors or lubrication that would help? Thanks for your help... Kevin Email me

I would like to know from state to state what the speed limits on interstate roads are. Do I need to follow the truck limits and car limits? I do know some states post a speed limit for RVs pulling a trailer or just RVs. Thanks for your advice. Kevin

I am thinking of adding a tire pressure monitoring system for my Monaco Knight and toad. There are many units out there.as you know. Do you have a specific brand and type that you think works best.. I really do not want to have the tires removed and inside monitors added. Are these units accurate enough to even tell your tire pressure when cold so you do not need to check the pressure? Thanks you for your help. Kevin

When checking the Cold tire pressure before a trip. Does it make a difference IF the coach is still on the Jacks or to get a true pressure must the Rv be off the Level jacks.. Thanks your input. Kevin
