eric@babin.com Report post Posted December 11, 2018 Why do I have to provide all my coach information every time I call for road side assistance? Maybe there is a way, that I do not know yet.... but, why can't I provide all the details and required information about my coach when I sign up for road side assistance? Example: I'm on the side of I-10 and need assistance. I call up FMCA roadside assistance and give them my member number and they already know my coach S/N, engine S/N, transmission type, coach weight, etc, etc, etc, etc..... you get it.... That sure would make life easier wouldn't it? If FMCA Roadside Assistance allows let, please let me know.
manholt Report post Posted December 11, 2018 Eric. Nice thought in a perfect world. People don't bother to call FMCA, each time they get a new rig. Same with their Roadside Assist, be it AAA, GS, Coach Net or FMCA!
dball Report post Posted December 11, 2018 Eric@Babin.com, Thank you for sharing. I'm not sure if SafeRide RV can do this, but I have forwarded your suggestion on the program director for consideration. Sincerely, Dan
bm02tj Report post Posted December 11, 2018 Maybe make it optional so you can file all your info so they will not need to ask for it with all your contact numbers and vehicle info you will be responsible to update and keep current
