"In WA state" Now there are two good reasons not to be in Wa. #1 Rain #2 the above ruling / / Ohio- they might ask you , if so say NO, tell they you feel it's your house and it's your right to say NO. Then if they want , they have about 20 min. to get a dog there to go around your rig and if the dog hits on it the they have just cause and can go ahead. If not you are on your way.I would tell them thank you and have a good night. Is this going to happen? Odds are NO. Been a police officer here for years. And I tell the DW if ask say NO!

Ok , I do not and have not worked in any way for this outfit. LazyDays in Fl. We picked out the class A we wanted over a few weeks working with Toby a sells rep there. If you want to call them or e-mail and want to be as happy as the DW and I are ask for him. Before we took off on our 1500 mi. trip he (Toby) knew that if mommy aint happy no one is going to be happy. So we get there with our trade and they bring down our new 07 Class A for use to go over DW tol them what needed worked on or replaced. It was taken care of no qust. ask. Then the awning came out, she did not like it, they said it would be ok. Time to call Toby . Toby said replace it. . They would have to order one or it if it was ok they would make her a new one. they came down with diff. colors the pick from . She did and they had it made and on in two days. ( did I say they feed you two meals a day while there?) Now for the other part. On the way home the alarm on the jacks started to act up. It would go off and say the jacks are down and parking brake on. This would happen when hitting a big bump. Called them ( now 500 mi. away) was told to take it home and get it fixed or come back to them. Home is S.E. Ohio and took a few weeks to find someone to work on them. Post RV in Columbus said he would. ( 2 hr. away) Got it back and Faxed the bill that I went ahead and paid for ( as asked for by Post) Sent e-mail to Steve the guy there that takes care of this type thing for LazyDays last night to make sure he got the fax, He said yes and Ck. was in the mail. Got it today!!! Thank You Toby, Steve and LazyDays. PS if you call Toby , tell him the OLDMAN from Ohio said to say Hi. He will know who you are talking about. pps: sorry about the typeing I'm a talker not typer!

Insurance Companies Have The Upperhand
theoldman replied to LivingLikeEachDayIsMyLast's topic in RV Insurance
State Farm has GAP and it was what I had for years. Till I got this Class A and looked around. And I got more ins. on the A than I had on the Tk. and for 1/2 the cost. Get your ins. from someone that counts on RV'a not someone that does it to get your money. And Progressive I don't like all the money they give to " Move On .org." ck. out Peter Lewis I think that is the name. -

First Trip - PA to New England ... Canada
theoldman replied to BSBIKER's question in Destinations/Attractions
Well, it does not look like many folks head up that way. Or not this time of year, anyway. Don't forget Lowes, Sam's and places like that also for the night. Goof luck and have fun. -
Sgt. Maj. can an old Sp/5 get in on this? Hit the road and have a good time! If near Kingssbay Ga. the winter stop by for a cold one. I know it's Navy but they take good care of us.

Just got our Class A 5 weeks ago. I went to the school there at LazyDays. Then got in it a drove 1000 miles home so as far as driving, that's the place to go. Call LazyDays and ask for sales, then Toby. Ask if he can help you out. Tell him Milliken gave his name. Good luck and have fun

Price Of Fuel Versus Trip Distance
theoldman replied to LivingLikeEachDayIsMyLast's topic in Type A motorhomes
Gee, denpalmer, that sounded just a bit political. I won't go into the many reasons why I disagree, but only say that I'll be going to Ireland in April, and wish the fuel there is going to be as cheap as it is here. Heck, I would settle for it being just twice our price. When you check on what I'm saying, remember the fuel there is priced per liter, not per gallon. The old school teacher in me can't help but ask a question! Which companies have posted the most profit for the last year? I don't care about the cost of anything in Ireland! I care about here, what it is anyplace else does not matter! And as far as who is making the most money ? Our Gov. is making far more off each gal. than any oil co. Me NO I did not want change , I liked it much better the way it was. Drill baby drill ! -

An Atrocity Is About To Take Place
theoldman replied to LivingLikeEachDayIsMyLast's topic in Veterans Corner
Not to pour gas on a fire BUT let us not forget John Kerry ! Worked for a radio sta. years back. Later night Oldies. Called her *witch one night and was called into the office Mon. am. After being told to be careful about what I say on the air. And being a Nam Vet.. The next show I said. " got called in for my words on J.F. last week and was told to say I'm sorry. Because every female dog within 100 mi. called up and where mad at me for putting her in the same class as them" The X boss still shakes his head when it came up.
