  1. Totally agree!  Since there will be a log jam, I expect mine will be around August/Sept.  Not in a hurry!

Did you play golf today or was it a wash out?  We may come down there, next week.  We where suppose to go to Three Rivers yesterday, but builder post phoned the event until the virus event is over!  So, we are thinking of stopping for 4 days in Castroville, on our trip to Alpine & Marfa, TX.

  2. I'm surprised the rear truck tires are not flat, same with trailer. Suspect it's not his/her first Rodeo!  I also suspect the truck is diesel and stick shift...in Gladewater my friend DH moves a 37,000 lb track hoe, with a F-350 Duramax all the time.  Un loading is interesting, the whole back of truck is off the ground!

  3. Herman, Mike inquired, not Roland.

Roland, thanks for the info!  I'll keep it in fridge, the Doc said it would be fine if I used Linda's left over meds.  7 months old.  The fly in the ointment is COVID-19, will we still do eyes in May?

  4. Unless the OP's 14 year old, has other disorders, that are being treated, there is absolutely no medical reason, to not give the OP a six month or 1 year refill of the prescription!  IMHO there is something we don't know and the OP is reluctant to tell us...I can't blame him for that.

  5. Herman. Dang right about that. 😂

Roland.  Yep, cataract.  Linda had both of hers last Oct.  I'm not concerned about mine...same Doctor!  Just the 5 days of meds in eye before, after & since eye #2 comes 8 days after #1, I'll be medicating both eyes!  Per Linda, the Anti biotic burns!  Lucky me, I get 18 days of it, twice per day!

Puff.  Go for it...lots of time to read the manuals & get used to the computer system!  If you got to quarantine, can't think of a nicer way to do it...out in fresh air and nature! :P

  6. We also run our water thru a water softener before it enters house (coach also) .  Puff, what was the odometer reading when you got it?  That gen hour reading is too high to my thinking for a 12-18 month old coach...you got a big service at 1,000 hours!  Don't forget, once the coach arrives at the show, it's hooked up to 50 A.

  7. On your Direct TV Receiver there is a little door that you push lightly on, it will open and you'll see a red button to the left off where your card fits in. Press it in, it's your power button.  If that don't do it, then remove the card and re insert.  Both will take about 15 minutes each, to re set.

  8. Herman.  National Parks are open, visitor centers and cafes are not.  We found most private parks/resorts are open!  Suggest you by pass Colorado, they have a COVID-19 issue, guess they all want to party, when they blow smoke!

We're going to Three Rivers Wed for a week to 10 days, then Galveston to check on house and CPA.  May is a wash out for us, due to eye surgery the 7th and 15th!  We head out for 4+ months the first week of June...life goes on! :P

Puff. Take your coach for a trip to Montana!  Just stay away from the big cities...that's where the problems are! 😎

  9. There are a lot of good ice cream out there.  Breyers, Blue Bell, Tom & Jerry's, Bunny, Braum's, and a lot more that we found in Canada.  Hershey's is NOT on my wish list...I don't even like their chocolate!!!

Time to get the coach ready for a short 4 hour trip to Three Rivers, about a week of house cleaning, since we seem to be stuck in Texas for a undetermined period, we might as well build the add on now!  The coach garage is 38' deep, by 14' high we think, by 20' wide...it was built in 1996 for a 34' coach with no slide outs!  We want 60' x 16' x 30' and cement floor, current is compacted gravel.  The current coach is 49' (That's over all length including hitch) and 13' 4" high!  We're also adding on a bedroom and a boat garage.
