  1. The OP's Coach is a 2011, that's 9 years and maybe less, depending on when he bought it.  Like Puff's 2019 Entegra, the warranty started the day he bought it in 2020!  ESC goes by purchase date, not build date.  Out of all of them I like Wholesale the best, never had them on any coach, but did have them on my race boats...also had Progressive, between the too they saved me a lot of $$$, but they where expensive to begin with.  Between the 2, you could buy  several Cadillac's a year!

In 53 years, all my class A coaches has been self insured.  I'm way ahead.

  2. The truck is a right hand drive Citroen 55U Truck, the trailer was custom built for a French Circus, by Pinder another French company!  Not been able to come up with engine or tranny info, but guessing it was gas!  The roads in France was primarily dirt, even in Paris!

Citroen UK had diesel engine trucks in 1936...Citroen cars in France had diesel, but no trucks, from 1909-1976.

  3. Interesting.  Brian, have you talked to Newmar about it?  I know you do the reunions.  If it does not get cancelled, we will be in WY for the next one!

Bill, we do not have half the inside storage, that we had with the American Tradition!  We also, never use the dishwasher, even at the house!  The DW (Dish W), is going out as soon as we have a chance to do so and shelf with door put in!  Bay storage is overkill, even with the big, fridge/freezer box!

  4. Ray, you should have a 24/7 tech support phone #!  RV Country should have given you that, along with a contact name!

Wayne, your Link worked for Linda!  She got rid of Dealer code and now we have our own, interesting is that, when you leave coach, just press 1 & it locks, then you can press code or unlock on fob and it opens!  At rally's I like to carry Fob, she does not.

  5. Robh, sounds like your getting everything covered.  As long as you have a good foundation, it's a lot cheaper to upgrade the house!   we just traded in a 2010 American Coach with 109,000+ on it...Foundation was great, but we would have had to totally replace the house from chassis up, inside & outside.  We had a major leak that no one could find or fix...after spending over $30k, in 2 years, we gave up!

I would rather see 120,000 on a 20+ year old DP, than 55,000 miles.  Unlike a gas unit, Diesels don't like to sit. :P

  6. Srous.  Welcome to the Forum!

I had the same problem on a 2011 Allegro Bus and a 2010 American Coach...I slid a piece of rug under the slide where it rubs.  Most times it's not the roller's fault.  On both coaches I had the whole slide taken out & confirmed that it was not the roller, it was the aluminum plate that was was buckled...I had it replaced both times.  The Allegro was on Warranty, a week in Red Bay and no cost.  The Tradition was not (I was 2nd owner), $3,400+ out of pocket & it came back about a month after being fixed.
