New To Fulltiming And Lot's Of Questions....
fossfactor replied to alisasings's topic in Full-timing
I repack my meat into 2 serving size containers, I am the rubbermaid queen! it stacks well in freezer! also holds 1 pound of ground meat I am talking the square sandwich size ones. they have the cheapo ones also, you can get 2 chicken breasts in one container. saves space in there! like Bill said smaller jars instead of economy size. Happy packing! kathy- 23 replies

Knock on wood not problem yet... like the Fresh Cab idea along with the Irish Spring! We will try this! What is it they say an ounce of prevention outweighs the havoc these lil guys can cause. We had Full time friends that had German cockroaches they couldn't get rid of...

New To Fulltiming And Lot's Of Questions....

Hi Alisa and Tim! You will be just fine.. BREATHE! Like Bill said above, you will shop a little more often and become creative about how to stock the fridge. We settled on a weeks worth of winter clothes and a weeks worth of summer, add as you need (mid weight shirts and jackets) We did the same for bedding also. A portable electric heater is nice then you aren't using the propane as much. The kitchen gadgets are hard to give up but you get by without and figure out what you need. I forgot a hand mixer, so I bought a hand blender with a whisk and chopper attachment. That's all I needed. It all works out in the long run. Blessings kathy and brad- 23 replies

Suggestions For Best Toad With Coach Going 70-72 MPH
fossfactor replied to CleanLivin's topic in Toads-Towed Behind Motorhome
Just a thought there are in some states Axle speed limits! In CA more than 2 axles it is 55 or 65 depending on where you are and what freeway. Personally travel at a safe speed and remember you are braking some serious weight and reactions to road hazards can create a hazard with any of your vehicles. We suggest printing the link and keeping it in the RV http://www.towingworld.com/articles/TowingLaws.htm Blue Skies Brad and Kathy -

We went to Benson down by Tombstone, Elgin for wine tasting, We stayed at Cochise Terrace RV resort *pet friendly and the folks there are extremely friendly, nice place to stay. Also by Tuscon is Catalina State Park. Large pull thru and back in sites. Beautiful hiking and Mountain Bike trails. Electric and Water on the B loop w dump station nearby. Enjoy! Brad and Kathy

Just to clarify what I have read, there is no need to balance the dual tire? We just replaced 2 that look like they are from the "Flintstones" car, on the inside of our dual. Do they balance them at the truck stores? I would think that it would need to be done. Brad and Kathy
