We take US 2 as our main route through MIchigan towards Alberta. Again we do deviate as well. See more of the country off the beaten path. A great place to visit was Missouri State Park, Kildeer,ND. Just south of US 2-northwest of Bismarck. If you like the badlands like we do.

Very simply, add 1/2 cup of bleach to the refreshed water in your tank and pump it through the system. That should work. Same method is used for desanitizing your waterworks after winter storage.

The best advice we can give from our own experience is we rented first (drove 6,000 miles), bought a class C to try second (drove 11,000miles) and then invested in our class A. Wait a while before selling up as you may not be suited to the nomadic lifestyle. We know we are not and appreciate the idea of a home base. Don't get me wrong. We love to travel and explore but once in a while, we like to be "off road" at home. When are you leaving? We are heading south next week from London, Ont(near to Port Huron, MI). We are aiming for Piedmont, SC. Any stops we make on the way are not planned. Figure there willbe Flying J or various other truck stops on the way

At least you stirred up some comments. I have been on the site for a while and kind of gave up as so few people are on line. You have a great profile page and comment page-don't know how you get the motion(ie:flags waving). I had written a couple of blogs but only had one response to them.Will be visiting TX,AZ,NM in 2010. After reading your comment I went into "my controls" and set the time for my time zone. Never thought of that. Now that you mentioned it I worked in the airline ndustry for 18 years and we communicated in those years though a "telex machine. All times were recorded in Zulu time which has the same meaning as GMT.

It does take some time to get familiar with all what is available. What I learned from browsing your profile this morning was how to add the signature and discovered what an avatar is. Added one of those to profile.

Now all we need is to have more users go to their profile and configure it. Then, as we browse the new Web site, info can be gathered as to the contacts we are making. To edit/configure your profile: Go to "My Controls." From the Menu on the left, scroll down to the Personal Profile heading. You'll see various options to edit profile.
