Don. It was actually developed in Germany and sold to TRW...Newell does not use it anymore! "Comfort Drive" is a name Newmar uses. They did not develop it and the TRW version is used by several commercial trucks & emergency vehicles around the world, including Tour bus's!

You have a oil sensor problem...I got mine thru REV, $35. Cummings would probably have one. Make, model of coach would help!
-
Joe S. Welcome! HWH or Lipper? I have Power Gear, works the same way with mine!
-
Joe. I don't have a rug, but my steps don't look any better! You have been up them.
-
RV Glass Solution! Too many times to remember!

Gee Bill, I have a whole master bath room in my house & it's real Italian marble, that includes the floor. Same with my fire place surround. Even the Italians clean their bathrooms! Joe. I also, have your problem....ugly entry!
-
The marble is dirty looking, is what I meant. Can take of the old non skid and put on new, after cleaning!?
-
Great job! I hope the owner cleans the steps! I would have it replaced, by you!

In Texas, by weight, I pay $773 a year...not happy, but it's where I live! I have no wish to move to Oregon or Montana! Both are great States to visit...but, my home's and heart is here. Would like to know: Where you live & what you drive?

Leo. Escapees in Livingston, TX. or Bushnell, FL. Seems I read, they have/or in process of another one. Ask your local DPS, they love to do it. Tim. Call FMCA, Member Services. Sometimes they do before or after Rally!

Wayne, I know that...had it done in FL. Pre-delivery in Jan. 2013. Since I had oral surgery, 3 weeks before, I was not in the mood to do it myself ! They are still working & bright. Also, had amber rope led's put in ceiling!
-
That makes a statement...what else is on the agenda for this Newell?
-
I had all 64 of mine replaced. With labor it was $796...I had just bought coach, I'm 2nd owner!

dcamp123. Welcome to the Forum! NO! Two different systems. STP helps in preventing wander in high wind, like when your passed by a 18 wheeler! Comfort drive is a computerized steering and ride system on big diesel pushers! Adding the STP after market, would be beneficial. Make sure that you have your alignment checked first & make sure that it does not affect your warranty in a negative way!

Each set of dual tires on drive axle, each on tag & steering...if you go to a portable scale, such as Escapees or DPS. CAT scale will give you steer, drive & tag if it's long enough. Not individual.

Look for any leaks around the fittings. If the hydraulic lines are too stretched, no play, it will chafe at the L connectors and leak. I replaced all my OEM's with a higher psi line & cut 6" longer than originals....factory bean counters, will nickel & dime you to tears!

Harry. Your correct...at the time, Mark Weiner, was the only one with a class B on the Forum....check he date of OP!

Kay! That's what I have, still looks like KaKa!!! -
8"? How much lift & size tires? What make, model coach do you have? I run 3" lift & 35 x 12.50 x 18 Nitto trail grablers on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler! I use my bumper "D" ring connections for my tow bar! 2, 2"x 2" angle irons off set and welded, gave me 4 3/8" and level tow.

315/80R on Front, with my 7% +/- I run with 110 psi! 295/80R Drive & Tag = 105 psi! Works for me! Spartan K2 chassis.

They had a recall in 2017 also! There's a Link to it on this Forum!

Guy's. I am CONFUSED...Look at his reply, under "Overheating"....he's got a Phaeton and it's fixed. 😡

Send a PM to Herman Mullins, he had a radiator built after market last year, while on the road to a Rally! Agree with Byron and Bill...this is BS!
