  1. Having had a AC Tradition.  Yes, they are still a bear to get at the plumbing...spent a whole summer, changing out most of the plumbing and connections to aligator bite, pex and brass ball valves. Shower was by far the most antique of it all.  To get at 90% of the bathroom plumbing, you have to either remove the shower or drop the grey tank!  100 X easier to work on a Fleetwood, than a Fleetwood American Coach!

  2. Your coach should still be under warranty!  I do believe that if you call Tiffin and ask to speak with Bob Tiffin, all will be taken care off in warranty or not.  Bob Tiffin takes very good care of his customers!  We have friends from AZ that are in Red Bay now & a lot of after market add on's has already been done at no cost, over the past 6 weeks, because Bob T felt it should have been on the 2019 Allegro Bus 45' to begin with.

  3. Rich, Air leveling HWH, both stationary and in motion!  If I need higher or lower, while doing 20 mph or less, just press on button or press STD for normal ride height.  I also have a separate control panel for HWH Jacks autto/manual.

Bill, yes!  Probably one size up.

  4. My coach weight is 61,000+/- lbs, it's including my 4,400 lbs Jeep, GCWR is 69,000 lbs.  600 HP & 2050 lbs of torque, Alison 4000!  So far, great match up...going to Ruidoso, NM Sunday and get a better feel for how it does on long climbs.  Later this Summer we head to Glacier NP & Oregon...I'll post how it's doing.  I set CC at 64 mph!

3 months ago, I had a AC Tradition 45' with 450 HP  at 1,250 torque, same problem as Joe on long grades...weight with Jeep 58,000+/- and GCWR of 61,000!

In my 53 years & 18 Coaches, I have never wanted one that was a hot rod or sports car!

  5. Rich, I'll get it, they are really big!  :P  Found everything but...2 Bilstein gas-pressurized in front & 6 in rear, no info on air bags!  GVWR=54,000, GCWR=69,000.

Herman, my bags are way bigger than anything I have had  before, would not even attempt to remove one!

  6. I found mine, in my last coach (American Tradition 2010), under the dishwasher in a 2" x 4" x 2" black junction box!   The Sealand macerate elect is 15 amp for Sea and 20 amp for land (RV)!  My fuse kept going bad (15 amp), then I read about it and used the 20 amp, no more problems.  My old boat, a Laguna Cat had the same system, because it can flush with water or dry, I called the new owner and he checked and it was 15 amp!  I sold the CAT & mooring to him,  in 2009.

I'm now in the process of finding fuses in our "New to us" coach, 2 months old.  Same toilet's, just newer/better!

  7. Herman.  Sorry, but I beg to differ.  Only one used coach dealer in my life, has been up front with, "this is what's wrong with the coach, that we know off"!   No more a general rule than a used car lot.

CW suck and anyone who buy's a new or used coach from them, have to be on top of their game or get hurt bad!  Back in the mid 1990's to 2008, it was not that way, I bought 2 coaches from them, along with after market add on's, and replacements...never a problem!  Then Marcus Lemonis came along and everything started going bad!  Try PPL instead.

  8. Do you have a valve in the bay, to turn on and purge the air system of moisture?  Or does it purge automatically....if it's auto you'll hear a whoose sound, from the back of coach, when it's on idle!  Have you had your "Dry Air" filter replaced?  If not, do it.

The only time the coach dumps the air is, if your going to level it by Jacks or Air (if you also have that system), not when you apply "Air Brake" (Parking Brake)!

Do you have HWH, Lipper "Power Gear, or Atwood leveling System?
