wildebill308 Report post Posted October 14, 2017 Nice coach. Interesting how they have the fuel filler in the slide and the slide is part of the wheel well. How is the fuel filler connected to the tank? I would like to see pictures of how it is routed. Bill
desertdeals69 Report post Posted October 14, 2017 My guess is that the door is on the slide and the filler cap is in the normal position so the slide has to be in when fueling.
manholt Report post Posted October 15, 2017 That's the way my 07' WB Tour 40' was, as DD69 said. Really a clean and well built 05' Itasca!
hermanmullins Report post Posted October 15, 2017 When was the last time you saw someone pull on to fuel with the slide out?🤔 Herman

OP hasn't been back with any reply's. Bill
wolfe10 Report post Posted October 15, 2017 I believe the answer to the conundrum has been answered: Since the slide is NOT out while driving or refueling, that door, with the slide IN, accesses the fill with no movement required of the tank/fill components. No a guess has been made without proof. Bill
manholt Report post Posted October 15, 2017 Quote No a guess has been made No guess, re-read what I wrote! If the slide is out and you open the fill door, all you will see is the bay and the access cap to the fuel line.
