RV Headlights plus others

This is a link to finding a number of the headlights and other lights for a number of coaches. One can use the DOT number on the lights if it is still intact, But this sight uses the Manufacture, Model and Year to cross reference the items. 

They do not have everything, but do list a fair number of them.

I used the DOT numbers to find out what my headlights were made for and found replacement lights on EBay for $ 100.00 delivered that included the turn signal and marker. Once you know what they were made for originally you can look for upgrades for that application if you want to upgrade.

Mine were from a 1998 BMW 528i, Monaco wanted $368.00 for one. By using the number on the unit I found them on line for $128.00 for the pair with no tax or freight.

Rich the numbers will help in the search of who made their head light units.

Read my post and get the DOT numbers off the headlights. Do a google search with the numbers.

The headlights at that link are pretty expensive.  For my coach, they want $330 for a pair.  I happen to know that these headlights are the same as a GMC Yukon, and are only $135 for the pair on Amazon.

The differences in price can easily be explained to some degree. All of thes after market units are being produced in Tiawan and some are better in fit and finis than others. By being in the collision business one would know the better from not so. But as long as they do the job....Shop SHop Shop for the best price. Yes once you kano where they came from a piece of cake, not always.  Try carid.com as well

Also marker lights upgrade to LED is simple on most RV's equipped with Bargman lighting. I installed these on all of our marker lights. Monaco used the Bargman 59 series back in the early 2000's on almost every coach. Our Coachman also used Bargman lighting, swapped that to all LED also. Plug in, snap on the lens, and your done!

Rich, bought mine from these people (link below). I opted for a blacked out background vs the clear fluted lens on the headlights and marker lights. It made the lamps look smaller, but they are actually brighter, of course I opted for the LED halo's.
