Two: List the branch of service you were in. Air Force
Three: List the amount of time you were in service to this country and when you were in service. 26 Dec 1984 - 25 March 1989
Four: List your rank while in service.. Sergeant
Five: List your job while in service (I think it was your MOS) Fuel Specialist
Six: List where you served. (NAM, DESERT STORM, ATLANTIC, PACIFIC, WW2, KOREA) During peace time, Little Rock AFB and Platsburgh AFB

Would like to honor my Father who served in the Army in Korea, and received a purple heart. My father recently passed away in August 2011.

Looking forward to visiting many of the CONUS military bases I only heard about! Looking forward meeting many of you "out on the road" (unless you were one of my RECRUITS, then perhaps not. :rolleyes: )

I found that my unit from Vietnam have a web page and was able to contact many that served with me there. 178th Assault Support Helicopter Company (Boxcar) with the double dice 6's logo 1971 - 1972.

If you are ever in Myrtle Beach stop at the Veterans Cafe. It is located in a strip mall by the back gate ( old Air Force base ) off 17 byp. Good food and great memorabilia. If you are a veteran it's definitely a must stop.
