Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your service. I know where this is  Utapo RTNAS. Utapo Royal Thai Naval Air Station, Thailand.

What was your job I don't even remember what the code was for Structural repair and Non destructive testing.:P I was well acquainted with  B52D, F, G, H. KC-135 EC, RC and Q models.
