Not a chance I will offer this service. The liability is too high and the person arriving on my properly is likely unable to afford a standard RV parking spot to boot. Do I want this kind of person parked in my driveway? I don't, but maybe it's OK with you. I invite my personal friends and acquaintances, but I really am not interested in the homeless, looking for a free meal pulling up in my driveway.

This is not going to happen. Let's move on. Would it apply to Canadian who have free health care N. of the border? No, but that really doesn't matter since it will never apply to anyone anywhere. Dreamers dream, Presidents promise, Politicians lie, the status quo goes on and on.

You might want to look up REMCO to see if they have or they can make a driveshaft disconnect for your vehicle. I tow a Chevy Express Van that is also "not towable" but most any vehicle is towable if you can disconnect the differential from the rest of the drive train.

An axle weight of 3670 does not mean that you have a left tire weight of 1835 and a right tire weight of 1835. It's quite possible that it could be 2035 and 1635. That's the reason that 4 wheel weighing is highly recommended as you would have to inflate both tires to the level required to carry the one heavy tire. It would also be a good indication that you need to take a look at what is stored where and see if you could shift heavier items to a different location.

If you are running a new coax cable from the 12V power supply (the wall plate) directly to the input on the back on the TV then the coax connection on the front of the power supply should work just fine. As mentioned above, some coaches are/were wired in such a way that the front connection is not used and a coax runs from the circuit board on the back of that power supply (behind the wall) directly to the TV. It's certainly possible that your power supply is bad as what you describe is exactly opposite of what should be happening. I would suggest that the first thing you do is turn on the power supply and then go up on the roof, disconnect the coax from the head of the Sensar and verify that you have good 12-13V+ inside the coax cable itself. If you do not then you have found the problem and you will need to find out what is not hooked up correctly or where you have an issue with the coax cable itself. Let us know if the voltage on the roof is good and we can do some additional trouble-shooting from there.

Getting Prescriptions From Out Of State Doctor

Never look to an open public forum for legal advice. Please contact your favorite legal adviser, explain your situation and proceed from there with confidence. Most RVers get their prescriptions setup at somewhere like Wal-Mart, Wal-Green or CVS, etc. This way, as you travel from State to State your prescription is on file and you simply have it filled at your current location. Nothing gets mailed, you just fill it where you are when you need it. -

We also like china plates. This is our home so I see no reason to eat off of paper or Correle (no disrespect intended). What my wife did was flip over each piece, run a bead of silicone caulk around the base, flip it over onto some waxed paper and let it dry. We now have our own Blue Danube china on-board which we can stack as we please and they don't make a sound and they don't move unless we have to make a life-threatening move/stop. Bungees (as mentioned above) would have prevented our last loss but since this has only happened twice in the last 12 years it's not that high on our priorities list.

The KOA campgrounds (while all are very, very different) have many similar amenities. They have many activities for younger families with children which other non-franchise campgrounds may have a focus more toward the local clientele or may setup their campground to attract a specific type of RVer. Examples of this would be a campground that only allows 55 and over, Class A only campgrounds or "true" RV Resorts where you can expect to pay $50+/night (usually on the + side). Even with all the books and all the on-line reviews, you are just going to have to go and find out for yourself. Sometimes we get it wrong and sometime we are forced to stay where we would prefer not too (we also have a campground chain we prefer to avoid) but in the overall scheme of things you are going to have a great time and if you don't like where you are staying I encourage you to move on. There's another campground with a different setup and a different attitude that will make you quite comfortable.

Since your W/D would not be running on your inverter, the batteries would not be involved. Also, if you have a good 116V then the shore power should not be an issue either. Which cycles do work? It fills, washes, drains, spins, fills for a rinse, rinse/wash, drain, spin, stop, etc. -

Since you have the remote panel you have a lot of information and options at your finger tips. Are there any lights blinking (none should)? When you push the Charge button does it light? Where do you have your power share set? When plugged into shore power, does the Invert button blink on/off (opps, one blinking light is OK)? What lights are lit where it shows A/C in, Fault, Overtemp? Do you have the owners manual and if so have you been through it to ensure it's setup correctly? Can you get the cover off in it's current location (danger! 120V!). -

Does your 458 have the remote panel where you can see what's going on and make changes to the inverter/charger setup? It should have 4 buttons at the bottom. Setup, Charge, Invert, Power Share. -

I don't know the history of your current battery bank, but if I had batteries that showed a strong voltage while on the charger but 10.0V when not charging I would have to make the leap that the batteries are completely shot! If you know more about the batteries history you may be able to dispute that assumption (you know what they say about assume) but a battery bank that takes a 13+V charge for an extended period but shows 10V when the charger is disconnected indicates that the batteries (one or more) is dead, dead, dead. -

No, I didn't even make the local news but the reporters were there. I respectfully declined and Janet was a wreck! You can get a brief look at our tragedy here. NO ONE WAS HURT and the van was unoccupied! http://www.datastormusers.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?/ubb/get_topic/f/2/t/000401/p/1.html#000000 The van has been replaced, the ins. co. is sending a check which is way too small and we are sleeping better every night but still not sleeping all the way through any one night. Time heals all wounds and we are just hoping time truly flies! We can't help thinking how bad it could have gone and despite how "well" it went we can't stop asking for that 30 seconds of our life back again. -

Call Zantrex as soon as possible. They have some good trouble-shooting folks and they should be able to walk you through your options for determining where the issue is. Anytime you are blowing a 25 amp fuse you have a real problem. Do you have the remote monitor? If so, have you tried any of the various setup options? Have you turned the A/C amps options down? Any other info on what you have done so far? -

Since I just left the van's driveshaft disconnect disconnected, watched my van roll about 100 yards down a hill, jump an embankment, drop 20+ feet to the Earth below and then crash through the RV office, I really could use that check! No, I am not kidding. I am the guy you saw on the 6:00 news! -

That's the exact location of the switches I have seen accidentally shut off as I suggested above. Since the DW has done this in the past I would put my money on the fact that you did it as well. Hopefully, you will find that when left alone, the power will remain! Let us know. -
You should also be able to fill the ice tray with water by hand and in the proper amount of time the ice maker should dump ice if it's working properly.

Where is the cutoff located. I have seen coach's where it was very easy to brush against it on the way in our out of the coach without noticing. I am not aware of anything that would "trip" that kind of a switch.
