  1. Well, that's how I do it but I'm still an FNG
  2. It's all flat ground. Might be hard to see in the pic. The hose holder isn't opened up all the way and actually stopped behind the dolly wheel. That created a sag and you can see where he propped it up with a yellow wheel chock. I'm thinking he must be an engineer and not an installer, haha. I just thought it was funny and wanted to share.
  3. Looks good. I used to deliver them. Would pick them up in Forest City, Iowa and take them east. Is that a Blue Healer?
  4. Pop used to hang this big thing on the window of our '59 Ford station wagon. Would fill it with water and every now and then would pull the string to recirculate it. People would slow down when they saw it, thought it was radar.
  5. Yeh, sounds like me. I don't bend the way I used to, haha.
  6. Sharp looking coach for sure. Welcome. FNG here as well but I can tell you one thing, you're in the right place. There is a wealth of knowledge here and they are willing to share. Safe journey.

    BUYING NEW TIRES

Cant help ya with the brand. I have heard good things but mostly on the car sizes. I can tell ya one thing, make sure they know not to sell you anything over 6 months old. Keep us posted. Actually, the best place to ask this is in the forums under the "Tire" section. Good luck
  8. Haven't done the 93 route but we went from Vegas to Boise via 15 up through Utah spring of this year. Like you, we only did 4-5 hours a day. We spent a couple days at the KOA in Cedar City UT and saw some really nice sites. Just an option for ya. Good chance you might see more snow that way so that is something you might want to consider. Safe journey.
  9. You certainly will. On a side note, had biscuits and gravy in the convection oven this morning. To think we went a whole year without an oven. I'm wondering how much it will draw when we go solar.
  10. Our farm is 5 min from Big Run. As for residency, the top 3 are FL, TX and SD. There are others but SD was the one that worked for us. You don't need to use a friend or relatives address to get your license and also you don't need a special license to operate a 40" motorhome. Safe journey.
  11. They came out great. Didn't get a pic, they weren't around long enough. Thanks guys.
  12. Doing our first trial run with the convection oven. Sweetie Pie is making some cinnamon buns for me. Life is good.
  13. Yep, already got the manual but it was a little vague. Or I guess I'm the vague one. Saw the video too. Watched quite few of them actually and it was looking like we could use the convection side only but still wanted to be sure. Thanks Bill.
  14. Thanks Herman, I hope so too. If this works, I'll be willing to share.
  15. It probably took that long for the hangover to wear off, haha.
