0 jndroark Report post Posted January 26, 2018 What is the best time of year to go to Utah?
0 manholt Report post Posted January 26, 2018 I prefer May and late September, early October. Parents and kids are home, easier to get reservations. Bryce is my favorite, I'm 45' and I also take my Jeep on all (90%) trails at Moab! I don't rock crawl, like to keep what I have in one piece!
0 john_harris Report post Posted January 26, 2018 agreed on the time of year. September is great time. photos above from mid September trip
0 djsamuel Report post Posted March 20, 2018 We enjoy September. We stayed at Moab and really enjoyed taking our time through Arches and Canyonlands (Island in the Sky section). Spectacular scenery. Also really enjoy Bryce and Zion. Need to get to Capitol Reef sometime.

0 bradrm Report post Posted April 5, 2018 We have been talking about a trip to see these parks in Utah next year. Anybody have any campground recommendations near each of the parks in Utah?
0 manholt Report post Posted April 5, 2018 Brad. 2 ways for good recommendations. Under search on main page, or click on Campgrounds and go to page 5 & 6, look for Zion or Moab.

Anybody have any campground recommendations near each of the parks in Utah? I used OK RV Park, 3310 Spanish Valley Dr, Moab, UT 84532, okrvpark.com, (435) 259-1400. It is just outside Moab for Arches, Canyon Land (all 3 parts) and the area. There are several parks in the area. For Zion we stayed at Leeds RV Park & Motel, 97 Valley Rd, Leeds, UT 84746, leedsrvpark.com, (435) 879-2450. Bill
0 punxsyjumper Report post Posted April 5, 2018 We went thru Utah in Spring of '17. Didn't get to spend as much time as we wanted so we will def be back. We stayed at the KOA in Cedar City. Saw Kolob Canyon and also the petroglyphs at Parowan Gap. Here's a few pics. The first 2 are Kolob Canyon and the rest are Parawon Gap.

0 manholt Report post Posted April 8, 2018 Yeah, I know. I still think of Lucky and our 15 years together! Linda has 2 dogs and I get along well with them, but their not mine and they both remind of that, when Linda is not present. They miss their owner!
