  1. nowronhere, Welcome to the FMCA Forum ! Your thread mentions that the Door lock and the running lights cycle. The post mentions the door lock cycling, but not the marker lights. Clarify the issue because the problem can be total different regarding the item or items flashing. Rich.
  2. This question came up on another Forum. So I.m adding the information link to this thread for members and guest to get the proper information. Propan / LP 101-The Basics for ASME requirements. http://home.earthlink.net/~derekgore/rvroadiervfulltimingwhatisitreallylike/id44.html Rich.
  3. Joe, I could not find a picture of the connector. picture file under your name Ray? Rich.
  4. Mike, Do you have the owners manual for the coach? Monaco is fairly good about placing information on circuits, fuse and relay location. My first thought is a bad ground on the headlight circuit and the brake light circuit is the closest point for the head lights. Rich.
  5. John, Could you post the year the coach was built? I have some plumbing drawings that might be close to how your coach is plumbed. Rich.

    Fuel Fill Cap

Five, Take a look at NAPA, like Byron mentioned and also ask if they have retaining straps for them. I have them on both of mine and they just hang down from the filler pipe. Rich.
  7. Arthur, did you ever find the Cap you where looking for? ACDELCO RC27 {#10409635, 25060216, RC36B} Professional w/Handle, w/Turning Ears; Could be plastic or metal construction Info TURNING EARS, 15 LBS Rich.
  8. The above link posted overheating due to mechanical issues - regarding the cooling fan. This is the last post in a 340 over heating issue and I can not figure out how to cut this out of the post. A programming issue? If I can attach it would make sense to be able to remove an item. Rich. This is where the thread starts regarding the 340 overheating issue! In over my head Brett ! Can not figure out how to cut out the middle portion of the attached link(s), that is out of order and not required in the information Rich.
  9. Bill, Looks like you are correct. So - We need to get more information or at least the driving habits of the original poster. Regeneration while driving (passive regeneration): Vehicles whose routes enable them to run at high speeds typically regenerate on their own. If the vehicle still needs to be regenerated, the driver can simply drive the vehicle at uninterrupted highway speeds for 20 to 30 minutes and the engine will automatically regenerate. Parked regeneration (active regeneration): Vehicles used for urban deliveries typically run at low speeds and may not produce exhaust temperatures that are high enough to regenerate the engine during operation. These vehicles typically require a timely parked (active) regeneration cycle to prevent permanent damage.Takes around 20 to 40 minutes to complete when setting. Rich.
  10. Bill, the coach was built in 2009 - So it should be 1 year before the requirement for the DEF. Rich.
  11. Daneast1, Been pondering your over heating issue. Have the Cummins service checked into the possibility of the VGT Turbo sticking at times? Have you noticed any decrees in acceleration or a hesitation issue. Your coach has a 6.7 L engine Rear radiator with a clutch driven fan. Possibilities are a fan clutch issue, temperature sensor issue or intermittent connection, Controller for the fan clutch issue. A dirty CAC and Radiator would not come and go, but have they ever been cleaned? Rich.
  12. Thanks for volunteering Carl ! See you at the party ! Rich.
  13. Daneast1, Welcome to the FMCA Forum! Cummins or Cat engine? I have had clutch fan, thermostat, fluid and pressure checked, airflow, radiator fins cleaned. Did they replace the Thermostat? When the engine over heats, are you running on flat ground, up hill or going down hill with the engine brake.. Do you have a side radiator with a hydraulic cooling fan setup? Rich.
  14. John, Looks like some good information, I took a look at some of the links provided and thought this one might be more helpful. It sounds like Art has no information covering the coach. Contact « Medallion Instrumentation Systems www.medallionis.com/contact-us/ Medallion Instrumentation Systems 17150 Hickory Street Spring Lake, MI 49456 (800) 828-8127 Attached the Medallion operating manual for Freightliner. 15. Tom, Classic' s are coaches that need a little more TLC, kind of like classic people ! Keep wondering how I got to being a classic so quickly, considering how long it took to get old enough to get a drivers licence. LOL Our classic is a little older then your's and I replaced all 4 of the Air Springs 2 years ago. They had dried out with some cracks developing with some slow air leaks. The Ride quality is better IMHO. The new ones where so much more supple. Air bags and some new air lines between the compressor and the air tanks tended to make quite a difference regarding the compressor cycling interval also. Rich.
  16. Martin, Welcome to the FMCA Forum ! Link that covers just the LBCU. http://www.rvtechlibrary.com/electronics/lbcu_owners.pdf Rich. Removed one link - it was a little to much other information.
  17. The Schedule was set to work around the business meetings and the red hats, but there are always a few conflicts.
  18. I'm happy to see 45 views of this post, have been form members and visitors who have looked at this not known jewel of the FMCA members who donate there time to help others as the winter and summer National FMCA Rallies move around the country. Rich.
  19. Thanks for posting that the issue has been fixed. Every bit of information makes the forum better for all who visit. Rich.
  20. Carl, Lois really loves quilting and you know that when the DW is happy things just run smoother ! Really enjoys planing things for the quilters and some venues have space that works well for them. Rich.
  21. Quilters attending FMCA national rallies can participate in the On Road Quilters Seminar. Many comfort quilts have been donated to organizations which serve children in the area where the rally is held. Giving back to the community which hosts the rally is one of the goals of this group. Recently there has been interest in having a secure area at national rallies where quilters can gather to sew, quilt or visit with one another. At the Indianapolis Rally this Summer, there will be a seminar where donation quilts will be shared in a show and tell. There will be a sewing area open for quilters who wish to bring their sewing machines or hand sewing to work on while they visit with other quilters. There will be more information as the information is gathered. 12/4/2017 Lois Marvin
  22. Then is the LED on when the slide moves and is also on if the slide is locked for some reason, like the ignition being on ? Rich.
  23. Hi Jim, Think if you look at this picture - there is a lock of sorts if I understand what that small button in between the two larger ones? Rich. Doc1.docx
  24. Art, Welcome to the FMCA Forum ! problem with the odometer reading not showing up but the gauge working? Just a little confused and that is not uncommon ! Are you saying the odometer is not lighting up, but the millage is correct when the information is down loaded from the engine ECM? Do you know who made the interment panel for the coach. It is shipped with the Chassis to the coach builder. Rich.
