Standard 33' is the F-53, GVWR 20,500, 19.5 tires. Option is the Workhorse, GVWR 22,000, 22.5 tires (Could not determine if the XL was avail on 33')!
-
Ken, your evaluation is correct...unless, like the OP, you'll be driving mostly in the Rocky Mountains!
-
Joe, I've heard that script before! 🤣 Was it a 40' or 45' Prevost? 2005 was the last year for the XL (40')!
-
RSBILL, He's got a 500 HP/Allison 4000.
-
UH, we have not heard from Rick in a couple of years! I think he informed us of the lift in detail, under Modification...That's a $35,000 Cart.

I got a 270 Alternator, need generator/shore power to run roof AC. I run dash AC when traveling. Two 2012 PSW Inverters, run everything else, all elect coach.
-
Bill, CC is easy. If you need any help with the Silverleaf, let me know...It's the same one I had in the AC. As for the wind tunnel, it's owned by Space X !
-
Joe, Flash back? Where you even born in the 70's? Puff, at best Joe was playing with a mini lube in the crib! 😂
-
Joe, Puff, I use the same!
-
Joe, I suspect my 47+ will not fit. Agree with Wayne!
-
I don't do Donner Pass at anytime, anymore! I prefer to by-pass that mess by taking Hwy 395 from Reno to Susanville, Hwy 36 to I-5. Beautiful drive with not much traffic, especially on 36. Have you weigh that loaded extended cab? What is your coach chassis rear axle rated for? Also, do you have a long extension between rear axle and hitch?

Need anything, just holler! 😁

I only see one problem with the above 2015 post...we don't know what year the "used Pace Arrow" was. I suspect the Refrigerator in question was a Norcold 1200..Nothing but trouble! CW has been a disaster, along with GS, since Marcus Lemonis took over! Sorry UH, that you too had to pay the price!

Extended Warranties for Class A Diesel Motorhome
manholt replied to DennisSolow's topic in Extended Service Policies
I also, self insure! However, I have not heard or read anything bad about Wholesale Warranties, they have been around a long time! Like any insurance, take it to an Atty to tell you what's in the fine print, before signature! I rather spend $100, than blindly commit myself to Thousands! -
The OP, after reading his first post again, said that he loses power on the hills, not the flat land or anything about stop/go traffic or lights. I doubt, even on a hot summer day, it get's much above 80 ambient temp in those hills/mountains/mostly one lane roads, boiling fuel in line? IMHO, no! If that was the case, it would have shown itself right after purchase, not 42,000 miles later. I would not go back to the same mechanic. I would do as Herman, Joe and Ray (Huffy Puff) advised.

Air Control Valve for Stairwell Step Cover [Monaco Cayman]
manholt replied to bikeryder's topic in Type A motorhomes
RayIN. Picture 3 is the Airman he found on line (WEB). That's the correct one, question is where is it located on his rig if indeed it was installed? The one in #2 looks like an older, non-adjustment regulator! Quality control on a Friday at 4pm! -
If you can't afford a new Super C, then consider a used one. Diesel is your friend in Mountains and desert. Renegade makes some nice once.
-
In a pending storm condition I pull in awnings, chairs, slides and I also get off my Jacks. If you don't have air level as an option, just start the coach and air up, then shut of engine. I have parked my coach many times, while I was on a cruise for 1 week to 8 weeks in the same manner as above....It's always been there on my return!

Who, What, When, Where or Just Lets Talk
manholt replied to hermanmullins's topic in General Discussion
Well all, we got back home about 15 min. ago. Saw the Doc for post op yesterday, he's happy, said I had 20/30 and it would get to 20/20 in about 2 weeks and yea, I'm taking a regiment of eye drops daily, some for 3 weeks! Asked me if I felt like doing the Left eye next Thursday, I said yes! Will find out Monday from the scheduler. Jim, AIM is going to be in Spearfish for their Rally in July. Sure wish we where in your area, this area is sweltering! RayIN...I really feel sorry for you and your wife, both of you have had some lousy luck! Thanks for your well wishes! -

Who, What, When, Where or Just Lets Talk
manholt replied to hermanmullins's topic in General Discussion
Bill, nice to know your rig is running, after just sitting there...now, later on, I can compare notes on your mpg's & power! Have fun with the 3 R's! I had my first cataract surgery at 8 AM, today! We are at the Austin Rodeo RV Park until Sat. post op is at 2:30 tomorrow and traffic will be insane! Next surgery is the 25th. -
Then grill a steak of your choice! Bill was not necessarily referring to booze!
-
Lyle, Have you checked to see if your old base plate will adapt to the new Toad? Your old Hitch and Safety cables should also be good! I have a Roadmaster from 2006 on my current coach, it's been on 4 coaches a 3 Toads! I got a Base plate for a 09 Jeep, that fit a 2012 Colorado 4x4! I don't use a base plate anymore, but then again I don't tow a Lincoln!

RayIN, WBill, Ugh! That's the Bad & the Ugly!
