Anyone using this system or have knowledge about it? The feature I like is the warning of a sudden drop in pressure over a brief time period. All input is appreciated. Roland

I'm going to have my rear tires unmounted to install new metal valve stems and I was wondering if I could mount the outer tire of the duals so that the valve stem faces outward so that it doesn't need a curved stem? I have no plans to rotate these tires and it would make airing up much easier.

Thank you Bill! Same to you and yours. Roland Thank you all for your input. I hope to get everything completed in the next two weeks.

I just had mh serviced and did have loose front wheel bearing which was serviced, all other components checked out ok. I will try to find ride height and give this to alignment service. If castor needs adjustment should it be on positive or minus side? Thanks, Roland

Thanks Bill, I do try to look down the road but still have more wheel adjustment than I think should be there. I know it won't be same as my jeep or Buick but I would like it less than it is now. Do you have this with your Bounder? Roland

I have a Fleetwood Bounder 2005 38' DP that has what I would call a mild tracking problem. When going down the highway at 60-63 mph l have to adjust the steering wheel back and forth to maintain straight line. Passing semis don't cause any problem. I am putting new tires on front end next week and then I will get an alignment, is there anything special I should ask for in alignment? Two wheel verses 4 wheel? Castor and toe in. Any other recommend fixes? Thanks in advance.

I am trying RV trip wizard and it seems to be the best I have tried so far. I think combining it with RM trip planner will do what I want.

I would like recommendations for a routing / trip planning app. I have copilot and do not care for it. I also have an FMCA atlas but would also like something for my iPad. Thanks for the help!

Any information on Picacho Peak RV Resort would be appreciated.

Yes, the other slides work fine. On my coach the motor has to be running and it needs to have parking brake on to work slide.
-
The driver side slide worked fine yesterday morning as we broke camp and now it won't work at all. No sound or movement. It is a power gear system. Do they usually fail like that? Any thoughts on approximate cost of replacement?

When buying new tires is the depth of tread an important variable? Logically I would think that a greater depth is a better tire but it seems to me I read somewhere that this isn't always true. Again talking about New tires.

How can I find the participating dealers in my area for Michelin tires. I live in Fenton Michigan, between Flint and Detroit.

Herman What you stated is what I also thought but In his blog Tireman gave a replacement program of replacing the front tires every year for three years and putting the "old" tires on the rear wheels one side at a time. Hopefully he will comment on this. Roland

Anyone have experience with a flat RG6 cable to go thru window instead of drilling new hole? Want to use this when using Pathway X2.

It is OK to replace (shift front tires) on one set of duals? It isn't necessary to replace both sets of duals at the same time?
-
Thanks for the replies, I plan to add disconnects to both sets of batteries, hopefully this will solve the problem.
-
Generally is there an issue with disconnecting the chassis batteries? The engine computer and radio loosing their settings? Would I be better off to use a disconnect switch on just the house batteries?
-
Is there any adjustments to wheel bearings? While having my coach serviced the mechanics said one of the bearings was loose and he adjusted it? I always thought they were something that had to be replaced.
-
When installing a battery disconnect switch do you put one on both the house and chassis batteries or just on the house batteries?

We used our RM this past weekend for the first time on a 500 mile trip that I am very familiar with and it performed perfectly. I updated it before we left and we had no problems. It got road repair correct. I will be using it again in a few weeks and will see what happens. I tried to use copilot but found it to be a pain and basically a waste of money. Your experiences may vary but this has been mine.

I would appreciate any info on campground guides. A national guide would be great but for now the Great Lakes Area would be fine. Locating campgrounds and a rating system.

I tow a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Lattitude 4 wd Drive II 4 wheels down and have had no problems. You need the drive II to be able to shift the transfer case into neutral. It makes a great all around car to drive also. Averaging 21.5 mpg for all types of driving on regular fuel.

I have been told by several people that low voltage can be a common problem at some parks. Some have recommender an Autoformer. Would a surge protector still be needed and what would the order of connection be from coach to post?
