  1. OK Cabin fever gone see ya later bye bye. In about 2 weeks it's time. HIT THE ROAD JACK!
  2. Pocono is sold out for both races. Do you know how far in advance I should try to make reservations for at any track?
  3. That's exactly what we would like to do. Daytona looks like it is the highest $$ wise. A good travel distance but wth. That must have been wicked awesome.
  4. Never did it but we really, really want to. However it looks like it would a distance from NH. So anyways we could use some tips on trying to set this up. Looks like Pocono is the closet for infield camping. It has to be in the infield. Are these hard to reserve? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, David
  5. We always camp in the field. That is on a 1st come basis and have always gotten a spot. A little tight but that doesn't bother us.
  6. I already plowed out the coach and will have to do again. The boat is buried, all that snow slides off the tarp. There is like a 4' wall around it. In fresh water I fish for SM, LM Bass and trout, In salt water it's everything that swims and legal size. We eat everything salt water. I cannot come home unless the head is intact, orders from the queen. Catch, scale, gut and fry. I fell through the ice when I was younger so I don't ice fish in the lakes. No way.
  7. Lake Winnipesaukee, Sebago Lake, Buzzards Bay, Pig and Sow Reef, Cleveland Ledge, Hampton Beach Jetty. Both fresh and salt, boat and shore. 8 Reels relined and ready to go, boat is not ready.
  8. I could type a few paragraphs here but to make it brief and clean: I really dislike the winter here this month.
  9. I can't seem to find the digital version of the mag, I used to look at the classifieds there on line.
  10. And don't forget the High velocity, High Impact, Metal Parts Aligner- "Hammer Time" (any manufacturer) Safety Glasses req'd
  11. Driving on a non attended open scale might not be that accurate. They are usually calibrated or zeroed out before "official" attended use.
  12. Yes there is a cover under there. Somewhere
  13. MH "did" have a path out, not now. Ended up with 22". The walls are really closing in on that cabin.....
  14. 8” and still more to come. MH has a cleared path out jic. I wonder how it is doing donuts in the parking lot? I’ll have to looky for video. No I wouldn’t do it. I used to like the mess hall food.
  15. Do you mean biscuits and SOS? I love that and impossible to find good around here. All we got is Quinn, Riley and now Skylar.
  16. And then there's the Nordic Lodge in RI, all you can eat seafood. I've been there a few times, definitely wear stretchy pants. https://www.nordiclodge.com/
  17. And here we go again......3rd NorEasta. This is getting depressing. Looking at another 15".
  18. I fish in Buzzards Bay, MA., always a fish fry at my house starting in early spring. Gotta shuck those quahogs for the appetizer. I have a license for diggin those. Also have boat for fishing (Whaler) if anyone is in the area and wants to go sometime. Target is black sea bass, tautog, scup and striper.. David
  19. We got 16", 4" was slush on the bottom. We got hit pretty good. Nothing the Deere couldn't handle. Now I have to wait for that to melt off the MH cover, ahhhhhhh.
  20. Glad no major catastrophes. And here comes another one.
  21. Well the cover didn't blow off.... I even released one of the ropes. I guess it's back into my groundhog hole for a spell.
  22. Sometimes I feel like Gilligan, does that count. But the queen uses something a little heavier than a captains hat.
