  1. lol @ Framingham Bill. I spent a lot of nights passed out in the car there. The route 9 experience in the 80's.
  2. We have a FR GT XL369. Only issue was a roof replacement under a recall. Other than that the "nut" can't be tightened behind the steering wheel.
  3. Shovel work.....how vulgar, lol. I wasa thinking that. It is on the option list. As far as lifting I was a little concerned lifting the rear off the ground for a spell. Then the bottom step is like a foot off the ground. Ahhhhh.... KOA's......
  4. Quick question...I think. So weesa got a seasonal site in Maine that is wicked uneven. Can I raise one side of the MH (passenger side) so that the wheels are off the ground then shim it up and lower it back then auto level? What a PIA! Thanks, David
  5. That must be freaking awesome flying in and looking out the window!
  6. Are you ready to go? Is your route planned? We plan on doing this in about 2+ years. My GPS always says "You can't get there from here".,.......... DW says just floor it!
  7. Thanks for the replies. Imma going to mention to them they may as well heat also.
  8. I have a question. The contractor working on our cape house just purchased an older MH that was well cared for and they are going to do the entire interior. They had mentioned putting in some ceramic tile floors. I don't recall ever seeing a MH with that type of flooring. Thoughts? David
  9. I'll give that a try. Hopefully won't need heat anymore, but you never know around here. We had snow on Friday!
  10. We had to turn our heat on in the MH this weekend at the cape. When I raised the night shade in the a.m. the windshield was soaked on the inside. Any tricks on how not to get condensate?
  11. Using the driveway now, not sure on pouring a slab yet. The box was a freebie. David
  12. Margarita's, Vino, shots, beer, etc. Like flipping a coin, but only mix beer and shots.🤪 I'll like to try that Sangria Margarite, looking up recipe.....
  13. We just purchased one of these to put in the new kitchen......Maybe get another for the MH. It will hold a day's worth of bottles.🥴
  14. Such a nice feeling when you live in the North East and you get to de winterize, plus it's easy. Have the MH parked in the driveway at the Cape while the house gets nuked.
  15. Rv Armor and flushing the toilet..........
  16. Imma into day 10 of quitting smoking. Everything is a PIA.

  18. We "were" scheduled in April on Carnivals new Mardi Gras. Guess it will be old by the time we get the chance again. We are going to wait until next year to book. Looks like the only cruising will be in the bay.
  19. We kind of expected it and it happened, this years cruise got canceled. That's 2 in a row. We got $600 on board credit last year and another offer for another $600. We decided to get the 100% refund this time and spend it else where.
  20. My wife, Lucia, is from Santo Espírito, Santa Maria. She was born and raised there. You never know maybe the queens are related somehow. Let me know if you ever head this way. We know of some good Portuguese markets, bakeries and restaurants in Fall River. We stay stocked with all those goodies.
