  1. Let's remember that Paul is referring to controlled medication for pain which is highly controlled. No Doctor, even one's from the VA will prescribe more then a certain amount without a in-person visit. Paul, I hope you are able to find a solution for you problem. Herman
  2. Richard, I don't believe he was referring to you but in general. I to am like you but did signed up 25+ years ago, it is hard more difficult now. Thank you for your Service Herman
  3. Don, send this fellow email Paul Mitchell at palibs@aol.com. Paul owns a RV tour company and may know of a place. Herman
  4. However I must say that they did pack it well with about 6 of those air packs and wrapping paper so it would not bounce around during shipment. Herman

  10. Mike, glad they caught the theft. Second I would look for a different Insurance company. We are with Farm Bureau with $500 deductible Collision and $250 Non Collision. PM me if you need more info. Herman
  11. Paul, If you are a Veteran and do qualify you will be assigned a Dr. at your local VA Hospital or Clinic. You may take your meds that were prescribed by your Dr. or Doctors and they will send your Meds. to be fill by a VA Pharmacy. I am not sure if they will even Refill the Meds you mentions with out seeing you at prescribed intervals. Herman
  12. I have passed everyone's commits to the appropriate people. Hope it helps. I to use the community.fmca.co /topic. But a newcomer will have trouble finding the Forum as it is configured now. Herman
  13. Roland, You said you have no electricity where store your RV. How will your use your charger? Remove them and take them to your residence? Herman
  14. Roland, So sorry to hear of your health issues. Hope you are able to get better over the winter. Here is my suggestion. Get yourself a full service charger that you can run off your RV's Generator. Using the charger, fully charge both banks of batteries. When they are both fully charged disconnect the ground cable from both banks. Each set of batteries should be good for 4 or 5 weeks and then you can return to the RV reconnect the cables, and charge them again and put them back to sleep till the next visit. You will have to reconnect the cranking batteries when you go to recharge. As has been said many times here, it isn't good to start an engine with out driving it for a bit, how ever the time to charge both banks should be enough to get the temp up. I know since you are in Michigan you know how to winterize your Bounder whether it is Gas or Diesel. Again, hope you are able to travel soon. Herman
  15. Welcome to the Forum. Good looking coach. Enjoy. Herman
  16. John, it may be a long time before you hear from him. This topic is three years old and the OP hasn't posted since mid 2019. Herman

  19. Welcome to the Forum. I got my last Shurflo pump from Walmart on line. If I remember correctly it was under $70 and was a 5 GMP at 60 PSI. Old one had just worn itself out. It is a very easy replacement. Herman
  20. Nice to know, I have quite a few of the chargers heads. Is there a way to know how much charge the head puts out? Herman
  21. If I remember correctly, the engine manufacturer doesn't supply a dip stick for motorhomes. The manufacturer of the motorhome decides where it goes and supplies the dip stick. Herman
  22. Yes, eventually the battery will start to swill and you will need to replace it. Herman
  23. This it the type of 12 volt continuous solenoid you need to be looking for. Most are silver. If you have, with the key on, 12 volts at each large post solenoid is good. If you only have 12 volt on one post, again with key on, you have a bad solenoid. Herman
  24. Steven, Welcome to the Forum. After you speak with Dometic you might call a couple of RV salvage yards. Try Colaws in Carthage, MO 877-548-2125 or Visone in Kentucky 606-843-9889. They might have a glass, door and/or a complete oven. Again Welcome, Herman
