What is a "High Price Hotel " to you? Fam camp is around $15. Tampa - Disneyland, is around 300 r/t, coach would take an hour longer than car...cost of Hotel, would be more than the whole trip alone! Like Wayne wrote!

When your able to look at your coach again, without discomfort, I would try Herman's fuse approach first...due to the age of your coach, you would not have all the high tech electronics we have now! Also, since you can't follow up on any of the suggestions, we are all shooting blanks! Yes, we would love to have a feedback on this thread.

Wayne, at the house on the Island...same as you! It's non-stop. Here at the ranch, grass goes dormant for 3 months, only weeds grow! The weeds will be gone by Monday, Linda sprayed 200 gallons yesterday...she has the Ag. Licence. That stuff is not cheap!!! Now, for the Cactus, I'm spraying today & we will pick up & burn it, next weekend. There will come the day, that we can't maintain this place any longer....hopefully, that's a long time away! Thank the Lord, country living ain't for everybody...we love it.

Hmmmm! Clorox Bleach or HP 3%? One waste a lot of water, one does not. Both do the same job. One is harmful to your skin and lungs over time and don't use it as a mouth wash! HP 3% is good for brushing your teeth/mouth wash & still does the same as Clorox Bleach! Your call. Now the OP has his own choice to make!

f442685, It would be nice to know, what class and type of coach, you have? In my coach (see below my signature), I have to remove the dash to get at the "plug" to the Radio! There are 5 class of motorhomes. A, B, C, Super C and Conversion & what your suggesting, would take most of the day each time I put mine in storage! My Start batteries ( 2 Series 31, AGM), does not charge off of Shore Power or Generator, I plug into a maintainer and coach, at home & campground. Back to Herman & Brett's idea!

Welcome! I do the same as DD69. I also run a pint down my water hose..it's on a reel, so it's the only time I stretch it all the way out. Hold it up and pour, then kink it and attache to water faucet...run for a minute and turn off water & let sit for 10 minutes, then put hose away!

Up until yesterday, no birds in yard...then at 4 pm, they are here again...first the purple martins, 7 of our 24 condos are occupied. Blue bird, in one house out of 5, the hummers should be coming today along with the robins & red cardinals...Spring has sprung! 75 yesterday and same for next 10 days..cool mornings! Perfect weather. We may have a "Blue Norther", between now & Fall...be 90/95 and humid, 20 minutes or less in the 40's! Those are interesting.

Ray was thinking of using oil fill...brass/metal, probably less friction!

Mine is motorized, no problems in past 7 years! First it was DISH, now it's Directv!

Now a days, it's a circuit board & or the inverter...turn CB off on inverter might stop it...or back to Herman!

I have those long windows mid coach. Totally useless, I have side aisle, looks good outside! Gulf Stream, called them the "Garden Room" windows, it even had 2 clear Plexiglas windows on roof...the original Sauna! Mine has day/night shades, never been up, after I got the coach!

Wonder, how much is insurance? Why can't you have a cockpit for long legs? It has a Volvo C-13, 500 hp at 1,700 torque, why a Allison 6 speed, when the I-12 speed is an option? Per Linda. It has no Function! Where do I put my meds & cloths? Then what about yours? No need for a washer/dryer.

Mike, been to both! LA. Shriners invited El Mina Shrine to ride in the annual Crawfish Parade for he festival...we not dumb on Galveston Island. I rode the toy, 8 hp model T and I also had a 4 wheeler, 18 hp, that had a wheel bar on back, pop it at 1mph straight up! Kids loved it.

I have had truck tires on another coach...rough ride!
