My coach is showing some age as well, then again I am showing some age, not much though. The coach has a blinker problem and needs some body work done. We put it in the shop this morning. As soon as it is out we hit the road for a long stretch of time and soon we hope to sell our stick house and hit the road full time for a year or more.
Nice to see you back on the blogs.
You probably noticed I have moved to my own site...primarily so I could have a more upscale photography display, or to feed my own ego, or both.

I don't like multiple user accounts either. So far I have just my wife set up on it with a gmail account as the log in but she uses MSN browser software (cost me 2 bucks a month) and doesn't want to give it up so her mail is there and I will find some other way to get mine, or I could just stick with using my Droid tablet. As far as closing windows, I finally figured out how to do it with a mouse, but still feel like an idiot using the touch pad to do the same thing! Still it isn't so bad. I use the desktop to start a lot of programs and then I can shut them down like the good ole days!
I can't take my workstation with its two monitors on the coach with me so I think I will be looking for a new two in one laptop with a flip screen or removable screen here soon, or I may just stick with my Win 7 tablet, yes there is such a thing but I use it with a keyboard and mouse most of the time.
Ain't it fun figuring out what to do with all this new technology?

As a person who has traveled to many national parks here in the good ole USA, I think AUS's way of managing national parks makes more sense. As a matter of fact I think the US govt should deed all the parks back to the states where they are located. JMHO.
The picture you posted of Bald Rock reminds me of the top of Stone Mountain GA.

Always nice to hear that rv problems can be solved on the road and sometimes things turn out better than they started.

Thanks for this information. I am looking forward to the next lesson. Maybe someday I will be a photographer instead of just taking snapshots.
It isn't that hard to become a good photographer and good pictures that you have created have the added benefit of producing healthy endorphins.

Nice entry Tom, I suspect you will resize the last line (you are online right now!) What is the time difference? Thirteen hours or so? That is what is was when I was in Diego Garcia a few years ago.

I started to say that the picture you posted shows a very arid place...hot and dry...but I guess that changed didn't it? Do they have Monsoons down there? Oh, I wanted to ask if you find the night sky a bit confusing. During my visit some years ago to Diego Garcia, I found the southern sky to be obviously strange...no recognizable constellations.
