Hot spinach salad, with oil/vinegar/bacon/hardboiled egg dressing! Sorry, the Devil and Herman made me do it. Roland. Been to much trailers on the brain! Our way of letting off a little steam...feel free to get put in time out, with the rest of us!

There you go! Howell at the moon... Brett. Yes, there will be a full moon tonight....otherwise we could not have a total eclipse! Rich. Rogers problem has been fixed...Salad Dressing or Oral Hygiene!

Yes, welcome! Your inverter/charger is showing Off. Are you on any kind of shore power? If so, turn your charger to on at 5A, the large round knob turns and you can set it at any charge rate you want. Push the charger on/off button to on. The 3A is what the previous owner was charging at. If your not on shore power, then you need solar panel either on roof or portable. Yes, your batteries are probably shot, but try to charge them via generator and then have them bench tested...one at a time is easier than taking all out at once.

BillA. Sounds like you finally got your ducks in a row and I agree with it all ! Unfortunately, times and Family values have changed a lot since 1963! My feeling is that it changed to the worst...So, the future of FMCA is going to have to be along the lines of high tech of the day! That, is not being offered. With or without towables, FMCA must change it's thinking first, or die!

Rich. No! You would get the benefit of gargling and brushing teeth! Sweet breath.. Wayne...LOL Your right, Herman is too blame!

I hate miss representation and out of context statements! Religion, belongs in places of worship! Politics, belong in DC! This Post and OP should not be tolerated on this Forum. I'm putting myself, AGAIN on time out !!! Brett, please kill this post. Carl

Fuse is also inside. Is your inverter/converter 2 separate units?

clark. Go to top of page 3...full explanation!

wla7...you already made a post on this door a week ago! Why again? You wrote that you climbed in the driver window and opened the door, then found a pin that was miss aligned...

Herman. I think we have beaten this horse (topic) to death!

My tank is 150 gallons, been using a quart of Kleen every other tank and have increased my engine performance and getting 6.8 mpg compared to 6.4 last year!

If you are 5'2" and 90 pounds dripping wet, my 2 would work fine! The 24" wide by 18" high in the bedroom (also has a 4" wide Valance around it) and a 48" wide by 24" high, covered by a 6" to 8" Valance in front over the dinette....Well it does meet code! LOL

Just a note of interest. JimF, you joined in 2000 and have a F279xxx, I'm parked next to a F463xxx...almost 200,000 in 17 years! If we are "loosing" money, it's going out the back door! We need to find out the, who, where and why....

Tom. Right on, I saw the last total eclipse in 1979...1918 was a bit early for me! Herman might have been there...

Newmar has a rear escape door! Also, the rest of the list. Jumping out of a window does not appeal to me anymore!

Joe, Bill. Glad that we are back on subject. I totally agree! Carl

Who is heading where? Linda and I are leaving this morning for Ruidoso Motorcoach Ranch, Alto, NM...nice and cool. Original plan was on a family ranch in NE Oregon! I guess 70% eclipse is good enough! Word of caution, do not look directly at the Sun/moon during the event unless you have NASA approved solar glasses or camera lens filters! You will do permanent damage to your eyes if you look directly at it! I'm putting my camera on a tri pod with a timer that will allow exposure every 15 minutes. It's a 2 hour 58 minute event, starting at approx. 11:40 am central time. To view, take a piece of cardboard or white paper, punch a hole in it and view the eclipse indirectly, like the sidewalk or any flat surface with your back to the Sun! Hope it's a clear day for all

wla7pca7. Never thought I would say this, but I'm glad I have the lock, with the spring and not a pin! Mine was in a slight bind also...don't know where your at, but I took my coach to Texas Coachworks AKA Texas Custom Coach in Pipe Creek, Texas. They adjusted the door and put in a heavier spring, have not had a problem in 3 years! I keep my locking systems lubed with graphite.

Wish you luck and safe travels! Carl

The cheap one is made in the USA ! The heat is terrible, 102+, is like a sauna....we are heading for Ruidoso tomorrow! 78/55, I can handle that for a week..
-
It's a pneumatic door, just like the once on an airplane....inside the door at the handle, there is a slide bar that's attached to the spring. When the spring breaks, you need to insert a screw driver into the jaws and twist...door will open! I always leave one of my big horizontal windows, unlooked....replacing a screen is cheap, whole window? Not !

Bill. FMCA is not suppose to be profitable...it's a non profit corporation! FMC is the once who you should turn your wrath too!
-
Of the Fraternal Organizations, most depends on dues, gifts, wills and Fund Raisers! Tax free Foundations, depend on Grants and monthly gifts! All have both hourly and salaried workers, everything from telephone operators, accountants, comptroller, legal department, Board of Directors, President, VP, CEO, etc. We, FMCA, is no different.
-
BillA. Your being argumentative and that has, as you very well know, no place on this Forum! Please, lets get back to the Original Post...Allowing Towables! PM me if you wish.

Did you get your dip stick calibrated 6 months ago? Did you add a can or bottle to your slobber tube?
